Di\u011fer bir\u00e7ok il\u00e7ede ise 25-30 bin TL civar\u0131ndaki kira bedelleri \u2018normalle\u015fmeye\u2019 ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu durum, fiyatlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck metropollere g\u00f6re daha uygun olmas\u0131n\u0131n beklendi\u011fi Anadolu\u2019da da farkl\u0131 de\u011fil.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbullular 10 bin TL band\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fan kiralara h\u00e2l\u00e2 al\u0131\u015famazken, kiralar Nev\u015fehir\u2019de 7 bin TL\u2019ye, Aksaray\u2019da 8 bin TL\u2019ye, Karab\u00fck ve Bart\u0131n\u2019da 10 bin TL\u2019ye ve Konya\u2019da ise 12 bin TL\u2019ye kadar \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Depremin vurdu\u011fu illerden \u015eanl\u0131urfa ve Ad\u0131yaman\u2019da kiralar 7 bin 500 TL\u2019ye, Malatya\u2019da 10 bin TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131karken; Adana\u2019da 12 bin TL\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7e\u015fitli ilan sitelerinde tespit etti\u011fimiz bu durumu, s\u00f6z konusu illerin emlak\u00e7\u0131lar odas\u0131 ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 da do\u011frulay\u0131p, nedenlerini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u2018EV SAH\u0130PLER\u0130 D\u0130\u011eER \u0130LLERDEK\u0130 ARTI\u015eI VE DOLARI BAZ ALIYOR\u2019<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Sozcu.com.tr olarak ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu illerdeki baz\u0131 emlak\u00e7\u0131lar odas\u0131 ba\u015fkanlar\u0131, artan in\u015faat maliyetlerinden dolay\u0131 kentlerinde yeni konutlar\u0131n yap\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, mevcut arz\u0131n da artan talebe yetmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in fiyatlar\u0131n adeta u\u00e7u\u015fa ge\u00e7ti\u011fini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka \u00f6nemli nedenin de, gerek kiral\u0131k gerek sat\u0131l\u0131k daire fiyatlar\u0131nda dolardaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirten emlak\u00e7\u0131lar, ev sahiplerinin di\u011fer b\u00fcy\u00fck illerdeki fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne alarak ve birbirlerinden etkilenerek fiyatlar\u0131 bu seviyelere \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>ZONGULDAK, BARTIN, KARAB\u00dcK \u0130K\u0130 AYDIR ZAM \u015eAMP\u0130YONU<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, Merkez Bankas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (TCMB) d\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Konut Fiyat Endeksi verilerine g\u00f6re, konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst \u00fcste iki ayd\u0131r en y\u00fcksek art\u0131\u015f kaydetti\u011fi iller Zonguldak, Karab\u00fck ve Bart\u0131n oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu 3 ildeki konut fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 mart ay\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda y\u00fczde 161,1 olurken, nisan ay\u0131nda ise y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 147 y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu illerin konut fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekmesinin nedenlerini sordu\u011fumuz Karab\u00fck Emlak Komisyoncular\u0131 Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 B\u00fcnyamin Co\u015fkun, \u201c\u015eu an Karab\u00fck\u2019te y\u00fcksek in\u015faat maliyetlerinden dolay\u0131 m\u00fcteahhitler yeni evler in\u015fa etmiyor.
