TFF\u2019den yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, S\u00fcper Lig\u2019in yeni sezonunda kul\u00fcpler, A tak\u0131m listesinde A Milli Futbol Tak\u0131m\u0131\u2019nda oynama uygunlu\u011fu bulunmayan en fazla 14 futbolcu bulundurmak kayd\u0131yla, yabanc\u0131 uyruklu futbolcularla s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzalayabilecek ve tescil ettirebilecek.<\/p>\n
Kul\u00fcplerin A tak\u0131m listesine A Milli Futbol Tak\u0131m\u0131\u2019nda oynama uygunlu\u011fu bulunmayan 14 yabanc\u0131 uyruklu futbolcu yazmas\u0131 halinde, bu futbolculardan en az 1\u2019inin 1 Ocak 1999 ve daha sonraki tarihlerde do\u011fmu\u015f olmas\u0131 zorunlu olacak.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca kul\u00fcpler, A Milli Futbol Tak\u0131m\u0131\u2019nda oynama uygunlu\u011fu bulunmayan 14 futbolcuya ilaveten; Azerbaycan, Kazakistan, K\u0131rg\u0131zistan, \u00d6zbekistan ve T\u00fcrkmenistan \u00fclkelerinin vatanda\u015f\u0131 olan en fazla 1 futbolcu ve A Milli Futbol Tak\u0131m\u0131\u2019nda oynama uygunlu\u011fu bulunmamakla birlikte T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya mavi kart sahibi olan en fazla 1 futbolcu ile de transfer ve tescil d\u00f6nemleri i\u00e7erisinde s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzalay\u0131p, bu oyuncuyu tescil ettirerek A tak\u0131m listesine yazd\u0131rabilecek.<\/p>\n
Tak\u0131mlar, 1 Ocak 2003 ve daha sonra do\u011fmu\u015f A Milli Tak\u0131m\u2019da oynama uygunlu\u011fu bulunan tescilli profesyonel futbolcular\u0131n\u0131, A tak\u0131m listesine yazma zorunlulu\u011fu olmaks\u0131z\u0131n m\u00fcsabakalarda oynatabilecek. Bu oyuncular\u0131n son 6 ay s\u00fcreyle kul\u00fcb\u00fcne tescilli ve 15 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 tamamlam\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131 kayd\u0131yla, profesyonel futbolcu olmalar\u0131 ko\u015fulu aranmayacak.<\/p>\n
