Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn, 96 y\u0131l \u00f6nce \u201cMilletimizin evlatlar\u0131 yabanc\u0131 \u00fclkelerin okullar\u0131na muhta\u00e7 edilmesin. Maddi olana\u011f\u0131 olmayan \u00e7ocuklara destek verilsin\u201d emri \u00fczerine T\u00fcrk Maarif Cemiyeti, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc ad\u0131yla T\u00fcrk E\u011fitim Derne\u011fi (TED) kuruldu. Bug\u00fcn 36 il&#8217;de 45 okulu, bir \u00fcniversitesi var. 40 binin \u00fczerinde \u00f6\u011frenciye burs verildi. TED Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sel\u00e7uk Pehlivano\u011flu, \u201cE\u011fitim meselesi beka meselesidir\u201d diyor,\u00a0 21. Y\u00fczy\u0131lda iktisadi \u00f6nderli\u011fin \u00fclkelerin nitelikli e\u011fitimiyle bire bir orant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtiyor. SINIFTA D\u0130PLOMA D\u00d6NEM\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong> Meslek liseliye 11. s\u0131n\u0131fta diploma: T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de mesleki e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, gen\u00e7 i\u015fsizli\u011fi \u00f6teleyen de\u011fil, engelleyen bir anlay\u0131\u015fa sahip. Meslek lisesi mezunlar\u0131n\u0131n en fazla y\u00fczde 10&#8217;u kendi alanlar\u0131nda devam ediyor. Devlet, Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgelerine (OSB) te\u015fvik veriyor. Do\u011fru bir \u015fey ama bak\u0131yoruz meslek e\u011fitim merkezlerinde \u00f6\u011frenciler, en fazla sa\u00e7 bak\u0131m\u0131 ve g\u00fczellik ile ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcmlere devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc \u015f\u00f6yle olmal\u0131: Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretime devam etmek istemeyen ve liseden sonra istihdama kat\u0131lmak isteyen meslek lisesi \u00f6\u011frencilerine 11. s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n sonunda diploma verilmeli.\u00a0Meslek y\u00fcksekokullar\u0131na ge\u00e7i\u015fte kendi alan\u0131yla ili\u015fkili bir b\u00f6l\u00fcmde devam etmek isteyen \u00f6\u011frencilere, okul ba\u015far\u0131 puanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re s\u0131navs\u0131z ge\u00e7i\u015f hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nmal\u0131. \u00d6\u011frencilerin haftada 4 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc i\u015fletmede ge\u00e7irmesi sa\u011flanmal\u0131. Mesleki e\u011fitim mezunlar\u0131n\u0131 kendi alanlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya te\u015fvik edecek bir \u00fccret d\u00fczenlemesi yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kendi alan\u0131nda istihdam edilen mesleki e\u011fitim belirlenmelidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00dcLAKAT FARKLI OLSUN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong> \u00d6\u011fretmenlik s\u0131nav\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131: \u00d6\u011fretmen yeti\u015ftirme s\u00fcreci ile ilgili al\u0131nan kararlar \u2018Nitelikli \u00f6\u011fretmen&#8217; hedefi ile uyu\u015fmuyor. Pedagojik formasyonla, se\u00e7meli derslerle \u00f6\u011fretmen olabilmenin yolunu kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran ve nitelik kayg\u0131s\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mayan uygulamalar, atama bekleyen \u00f6\u011fretmen aday\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn derinle\u015fen bir arz-talep u\u00e7urumu meydana getiriyor. \u00d6\u011fretmenler i\u00e7in Kamu Personeli Se\u00e7me S\u0131nav\u0131 (KPSS) hemen kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131. \u00dcniversiteyi bitirmi\u015f ki\u015fiye bir kariyer mesle\u011fine ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcrecinde genel k\u00fclt\u00fcr sorusu sorulamaz. KPSS&#8217;den dolay\u0131 e\u011fitim fak\u00fcltelerinin son iki y\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenlikle de\u011fil, diploma sahibi, meslek sahibi yapmak, s\u0131nava haz\u0131rlanmakla ge\u00e7iyor. Sadece alan bilgisi s\u0131nav\u0131 yap\u0131lmal\u0131. Torpili engellemenin yolu, m\u00fclakat\u0131 kald\u0131rmak de\u011fil, kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, siyasal g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flere g\u00f6re ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f bilimsel m\u00fclakat yapmakt\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011fine girecek ki\u015filerin \u00e7oklu psikososyal m\u00fclakatlardan ge\u00e7irilmesi gerekir. \u00d6\u011fretmen yeti\u015ftiren programlar\u0131n kontenjanlar\u0131 Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretmen ihtiyac\u0131 projeksiyonu ile uyumlu bir \u015fekilde s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u0130SE 4&#8217;TE SINAV HAZIRLI\u011eI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong> Okul d\u0131\u015f\u0131 s\u0131nav baronlar\u0131: \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin haklar\u0131 en \u00fcst seviyede verilip, sorumluluklar\u0131 da tan\u0131mlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, yoksul ve orta gelirli ailelerin evlatlar\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik y\u00fckselmesinin tek yolu e\u011fitimden ge\u00e7iyor. Bunu engellemek i\u00e7in Liselere Giri\u015f S\u0131nav\u0131 (LGS) eski sisteme d\u00f6n\u00fclerek ders notu y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011frencilerin okul i\u00e7i s\u0131ralamas\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 20&#8217;sinin girece\u011fi bir s\u0131nava d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmeli. Lise 3&#8217;de diplomas\u0131 verilerek 4 y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fcniversite okumak isteyen \u00f6\u011frenciler, lise 4&#8217;nc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131fta okulunda \u00fcniversite s\u0131nav\u0131na haz\u0131rlanmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcLKEN\u0130N FELAKET\u0130 OLUR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong> \u00dcniversite mezunlar\u0131ndan y\u00fczde 28&#8217;i i\u015fsiz: S\u0131nav, e\u011fitim sistemine hizmet edece\u011fine, e\u011fitim sistemi s\u0131nava hizmet eder hale geldi\u011fi i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131k lise \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131 her y\u0131l b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda art\u0131yor ve en b\u00fcy\u00fck lise t\u00fcr\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Kurs ve dershaneler kapat\u0131lmal\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenciler gelecekleri i\u00e7in hizmeti okulda almal\u0131.
