Sar\u0131, \u201c\u0130stanbul-Ankara aras\u0131nda hizmet veren trenin yeteri kadar h\u0131zl\u0131 olmamas\u0131 nedeniyle toplam 19 milyon ki\u015finin karayolunu tercih ediyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEK KAZANAN M\u00dcTEAHH\u0130T<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul-Ankara aras\u0131nda otob\u00fcslerle y\u0131lda 4 milyon; bireysel otomobiller, minib\u00fcsler ile 15 milyon ki\u015finin seyahat etti\u011fini belirten Sar\u0131, toplam 19 milyon ki\u015finin karayolunu tercih etmesinin nedenini anlatt\u0131. Sar\u0131, \u201cAKP&#8217;nin 21 y\u0131ll\u0131k iktidar\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2013Ankara aras\u0131nda mevcudun revize edildi. G\u00fcnl\u00fck ancak 18 sefer yap\u0131labilen h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hala talebi kar\u015f\u0131layam\u0131yor. Ankara Y\u00fcksek H\u0131zl\u0131 Tren (YHT) gar\u0131 i\u00e7in 2017-2022 aras\u0131 garanti yolcu say\u0131s\u0131 30 milyon olarak hesaplan\u0131p m\u00fcteahhitine \u00f6dendi. Gar\u0131 bu s\u00fcre\u00e7de sadece 10 milyon yolcu kulland\u0131. Tren gar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmayan 20 milyon yolcunun m\u00fcteahhitine \u00f6denen paras\u0131n\u0131 garip guraba \u00f6dedi\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul-Ankara aras\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00fcnde 250 otob\u00fcs seferi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Sar\u0131, \u201cBu yolu; TIR, kamyon, kamyonetler ve binek ara\u00e7lar yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 milyon ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131yor. Otob\u00fcslerin t\u00fcketti\u011fi yak\u0131t bedeli y\u0131ll\u0131k 1 milyar TL. Kargo ama\u00e7l\u0131 ara\u00e7lar y\u0131lda 27 milyar TL, bireysel otomobiller y\u0131lda 9 milyar TL yak\u0131t t\u00fcketiyor. Yani bu yolda y\u0131lda g\u00fcncel kurdan 1 milyar 230 milyon dolar ithal yak\u0131t t\u00fcketilmektedir\u201d bilgisini payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CAR\u0130 A\u00c7I\u011eI B\u00dcY\u00dcT\u00dcYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sar\u0131, \u201c\u0130stanbul-Ankara karayolunda y\u0131lda 37 milyar TL, ithal yak\u0131ta gidiyor. Seyahat ve kargo ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 70&#8217;i ithal ara\u00e7 ve tren yolu tercih edildi\u011finde daha az ithal ara\u00e7 sat\u0131n al\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lacak. Bu durum cari a\u00e7\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tren kullan\u0131l\u0131rsa g\u0131da % 50 ucuzlar<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tren<\/strong> ile ta\u015f\u0131nan yolcu say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131lda sadece 2 milyon ki\u015fi oldu\u011funu aktaran Sar\u0131, s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti; \u201c\u0130stanbul-Ankara aras\u0131nda; Halkal\u0131- Kuzey Marmara otoyolu \u2013YSS k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc \u2013Sakarya- D\u00fczce- Bolu- K\u0131z\u0131lcahamam- Ankara \u00fczerinde 30 milyon ki\u015fi ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Bu g\u00fczergahtan ger\u00e7ek bir y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 tren tesis edilse, karayolundan giden kargo ve yolcu bazl\u0131 ara\u00e7lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 70-80&#8217;i trene kayacakt\u0131r.\u00a0Yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bu trenler ile yap\u0131lacak kargo ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 vas\u0131tas\u0131 ile bir \u00e7ok g\u0131da, sebze, meyve fiyatlar\u0131 y\u00fczde 50 oran\u0131nda ucuzlayacakt\u0131r. \u0130stanbul-Ankara karayolu hatt\u0131n\u0131 kullanan ara\u00e7lardan \u00fcretilen milyarlarca karbon emisyonu, Paris \u0130klim Anla\u015fmas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 imzalam\u0131\u015f bir \u00fclke i\u00e7in tam ihanettir. TCDD&#8217;nin k\u00f6hne yap\u0131s\u0131yla bu hatlar i\u015fletilememektedir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Suat Sar\u0131 kalem kalem hesaplad\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Suat<\/strong> Sar\u0131, 500 kilometrelik yol i\u00e7in harcanan yak\u0131t\u0131n\u00a0 y\u0131ll\u0131k hesab\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131.
