T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de konut metrekare kira fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu kent ise Mu\u011fla oldu. Kentte ikinci \u00e7eyrek itibar\u0131yla metrekare konut kira fiyatlar\u0131 211.89 TL, ortalama kira fiyat\u0131 24 bin 367 TL&#8217;yi buldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y\u00dcZDE 800&#8217;L\u00dcK ARTI\u015e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hem yerli hem yabanc\u0131 turistin g\u00f6zdesi Bodrum ise kiralar\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu il\u00e7e oldu. Bodrum&#8217;da 120 metrekarelik bir dairenin kiras\u0131, ortalama 40 bin 615 TL&#8217;ye kadar \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Milas&#8217;ta kiralar ortalama 20 bin, Marmaris&#8217;te ise 18 bin 904 TL oldu. Kentte 2019&#8217;dan bu yana kiralarda ya\u015fanan art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde 800&#8217;\u00fc ge\u00e7ti. Mu\u011fla&#8217;da son bir y\u0131lda kira art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 56 oldu. \u0130stanbul&#8217;da kiral\u0131k konutta ortalama metrekare fiyat\u0131 145 liraya y\u00fckselirken, 100 metrekare bir konutun ortalama kiras\u0131 da 14 bin 454 liray\u0131 buldu. Sar\u0131yer&#8217;de ortalama kira 35 bin 294 liray\u0131 bulurken, Be\u015fikta\u015f&#8217;ta ortalama kira 32 bin lira, \u015eile&#8217;de 24 bin 150 lira oldu. Y\u0131l\u0131n ikinci \u00e7eyre\u011finde Antalya&#8217;da ise ortalama metrekare konut kira fiyatlar\u0131 140.95 TL, ayl\u0131k kira fiyat\u0131 15 bin 504 TL oldu. Fahi\u015f kira art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ile s\u0131k s\u0131k g\u00fcndeme gelen Antalya&#8217;da son bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde konut kiralar\u0131 y\u00fczde 70 artt\u0131. Kentte konut kiralar\u0131nda en fazla de\u011fer kazanan il\u00e7eler Manavgat, D\u00f6\u015femealt\u0131, Kepez, Gazipa\u015fa, Finike oldu.
