Oysa kalori hesab\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 100 kalorilik brokoli, \u0131spanak, lahana gibi bitkisel g\u0131dalarda 100 kalorilik ete g\u00f6re iki kat daha fazla protein vard\u0131r. Taze, temiz, organik ve basit 100 kalorilik kokteyl bitkisel \u00fcr\u00fcn kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda, yine 100 kalorilik de\u011fi\u015fik hayvansal g\u0131dalardan gelen kar\u0131\u015f\u0131ma g\u00f6re daha \u00e7ok proteinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra lif, folat, C vitamini, beta karoten, demir, E vitamini, kalsiyum ve magnezyum bulunur.<\/p>\n<p><b>Faydalar\u0131 bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarla kan\u0131tland\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak hayvansal g\u0131dalardan olu\u015fan bir beslenme tarz\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131dan zararl\u0131 sonu\u00e7lara yol a\u00e7ar. Hayvanlar halen T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ve Avrupa&#8217;da GDO&#8217;lu oldu\u011fu kesinlikle bilinen m\u0131s\u0131r ve soyadan olu\u015fan suni yemlerle beslenmektedir. End\u00fcstriyel hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fc en fazla hububat, tatl\u0131 su t\u00fcketen ve \u00e7evreye en fazla kirlilik yayan sekt\u00f6rlerden biridir. D\u00fcnyada \u00fcretilen hububat\u0131n y\u00fczde 70 kadar\u0131 hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu hububatlar\u0131n \u00e7ok az bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc insan\u0131n yedi\u011fi et ve ya\u011fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmektedir. \u00c7ok \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc tamamen israf olmaktad\u0131r.
