{"id":117598,"date":"2023-08-23T11:35:03","date_gmt":"2023-08-23T11:35:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=117598"},"modified":"2023-08-23T11:35:03","modified_gmt":"2023-08-23T11:35:03","slug":"asiri-sicak-hava-uyku-kaciriyor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=117598","title":{"rendered":"A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cak hava uyku ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131yor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Eski\u015fehir \u015eehir Hastanesi Kulak Burun Bo\u011faz Klini\u011fi\u2019nde g\u00f6rev yapan T\u00fcm Uyku T\u0131bb\u0131 ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Derne\u011fi Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Vural Fidan, uyku kalitesini etkileyen en \u00f6nemli etkenlerden birinin ortamdaki s\u0131cakl\u0131k ve nem miktar\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n insan v\u00fccudunun tolere edebilece\u011fi aral\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00fczerinde veya alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funda uykuya dalmay\u0131 ve devam ettirmeyi b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda zorla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Fidan, \u201cA\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131caklar \u00e7ok ciddi uyku eksikli\u011fi ve uyku kalitesinde bozulmaya yol a\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n<p>Uykuyu normal hale getirebilmek i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle klima tarz\u0131ndaki iklimlendirme elemanlar\u0131 kullanmay\u0131 tavsiye ediyoruz. Oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n takribi 22 derece civar\u0131nda olmas\u0131 ki\u015finin \u00e7ok daha uygun kalitede uyumas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Fidan, iklimlendirme elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n ki\u015finin v\u00fccuduna, do\u011frudan y\u00fcz\u00fcne do\u011fru de\u011fil oday\u0131 serinletecek veya \u0131s\u0131tacak \u015fekilde konumland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Hava s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131 50 dereceye yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ya da \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle ara\u00e7 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinin olumsuz etkilenebilece\u011fini vurgulayan Fidan, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBunun kontrol alt\u0131nda olabilmesi i\u00e7in ara\u00e7ta da mutlaka kliman\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz.
