{"id":118040,"date":"2023-08-24T08:35:06","date_gmt":"2023-08-24T08:35:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=118040"},"modified":"2023-08-24T08:35:06","modified_gmt":"2023-08-24T08:35:06","slug":"cinin-enerji-yatirimlarinda-aslan-payi-gunesin-oldu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=118040","title":{"rendered":"\u00c7in\u2019in enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda aslan pay\u0131 \u201cg\u00fcne\u015f\u201din oldu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>D\u00fcnyada yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131nda lokomotif rol oynayan \u00c7in\u2019in elektrik kapasitesi temmuz sonu itibar\u0131yla 2 bin 739 gigavata \u00e7\u0131karken, bu y\u0131l enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda aslan pay\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 56 ile g\u00fcne\u015f ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 raporlardan derlenen verilere g\u00f6re, 2030\u2019a kadar karbon emisyonunu en \u00fcst noktaya \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 ve 2060\u2019ta karbon-n\u00f6tr hedefine ula\u015fmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan \u00c7in, yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7evre kirlili\u011finden kurtulman\u0131n anahtar\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Elektrik t\u00fcketiminde yenilenebilir enerjinin rol\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131rarak karbon emisyonunu azaltmay\u0131 hedefleyen \u00fclke, 2030\u2019a kadar g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgarda kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc 1200 gigavata \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c7\u0130N\u2019\u0130N YEN\u0130LENEB\u0130L\u0130R ENERJ\u0130 SER\u00dcVEN\u0130<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Devasa \u00fcretim ve yat\u0131r\u0131m hamlelerine m\u00fctevaz\u0131 ad\u0131mlarla ba\u015flayan \u00fclkede deneme ama\u00e7l\u0131 ilk r\u00fczgar \u00e7iftli\u011fi \u015eandong eyaletinde 1986\u2019da in\u015fa edildi. \u00c7in h\u00fck\u00fcmeti 1993\u2019te r\u00fczgar santrallerinin end\u00fcstrile\u015ftirilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki program\u0131 g\u00fcndemine ald\u0131 ve 1994\u2019te devreye al\u0131nan programla r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrallerinden \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fin sat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc ad\u0131 Ulusal Kalk\u0131nma ve Reform Komisyonu olan \u00c7in Devlet Planlama Komisyonu taraf\u0131ndan 1997\u2019de ba\u015flat\u0131lan program \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde r\u00fczgar santrallerine y\u00f6nelik ilk hedef belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7in h\u00fck\u00fcmeti 2000\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda Avrupal\u0131 ve ABD\u2019li firmalarla anla\u015fmalar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla temin edilen r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbinlerinin ilk a\u015famada y\u00fczde 70 yerli olarak \u00fcretilmesine a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verdi. Bu kapsamda 2001\u2019de ilk 1000 megavatl\u0131k r\u00fczgar enerjisi santralinin devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131, ancak 404 megavatl\u0131k kapasite devreye al\u0131nabildi.<\/p>\n<p>Yerli t\u00fcrbinlerin de r\u00fczgar enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde pay sahibi olmas\u0131yla 2005 sonunda \u00fclkenin r\u00fczgarda kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 2 bin 559 megavata ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00fck\u00fcmet yenilenebilir enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fcme ivmesini h\u0131zland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in 2006\u2019da Yenilenebilir Enerji Kanunu\u2019nu \u00e7\u0131kararak r\u00fczgar enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u015fletme ve geli\u015fimini hukuki \u00e7er\u00e7eveyle g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fczgarda kurulu kapasite 2008\u2019de 8 gigavat seviyesine ula\u015ft\u0131 ve r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini \u00fcreten yerli firmalar \u00fclkedeki pazar\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131na hakim oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu d\u00f6nemde, \u00fclkenin kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 kapasitesi 793 gigavat seviyelerindeyken, bunun 601 gigavat\u0131n\u0131 termik santraller, 172 gigavat\u0131n\u0131 hidroelektrik santraller, 8,9 gigavat\u0131n\u0131 n\u00fckleer santraller, kalan\u0131n\u0131 ise di\u011fer kaynaklar olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n<p><b>G\u00dcNE\u015e YATIRIMLARI 2006\u2019DA DEVREYE G\u0130RD\u0130<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, \u00fclkede 2006\u2019da ilk olarak 80 megavatl\u0131k kurulu g\u00fcce sahip g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santrali kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7ti. Sonraki y\u0131llarda yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 takiben 2010\u2019da g\u00fcne\u015fte toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 500 megavata, 2011\u2019de ise 3 gigavata ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7in h\u00fck\u00fcmeti, bu y\u0131llarda termik ve hidroelektrik santrallere g\u00f6re \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyede bulunan r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na h\u0131z verdi.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fczgar, g\u00fcne\u015f ve hidroelektrikte toplam kapasite 2015\u2019te 492 gigavat ile kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn y\u00fczde 32,5\u2019ini olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7in Ulusal Enerji \u0130daresi verilerine g\u00f6re, yenilenebilir enerjide kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 2018\u2019de 728, 2019\u2019da 794, 2020\u2019de 934, 2021\u2019de 1063 ve 2022\u2019de 1213 gigavata ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, \u00fclkenin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc bu y\u0131l itibar\u0131yla 172,1 gigavat art\u0131\u015fla 2 bin 739 gigavata ula\u015ft\u0131. S\u00f6z konusu art\u0131\u015fta aslan pay\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 56 ile g\u00fcne\u015f al\u0131rken, r\u00fczgar enerjisinin pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 15, hidroelektrik santrallerin pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 3 olarak kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7ti.
