Hubertz, Ba\u015fbakan Olaf Scholz\u2019un bug\u00fcn \u00fclkedeki hayat pahal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 kriziyle m\u00fccadele etmek i\u00e7in al\u0131nacak \u00f6nlemleri a\u00e7\u0131klayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<\/p>\n<p><b>K\u0130RA ARTI\u015eLARI DONDURULACAK<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Emlak piyasas\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeyi ama\u00e7layan mevcut kurallar, kira art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde y\u00fczde 15-20 aras\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131yor. Almanya\u2019n\u0131n koalisyon h\u00fck\u00fcmeti bu s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fczde 11\u2019e indirmeyi kabul etmi\u015fti. Ancak SPD bunun yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sinyalini verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Deutsche Presse-Agentur haber ajans\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir teklife g\u00f6re iktidar partisi, talebin \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu \u015fehirlerde kiralar\u0131n en fazla y\u00fczde 6 oran\u0131nda artmas\u0131na izin vermeyi, \u00fclkenin geri kalan\u0131nda ise fiyatlar\u0131 dondurmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><b>YAKLA\u015eIK Y\u00dcZDE 60\u2019I K\u0130RADA OTURUYOR<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Konut fiyatlar\u0131 Almanya\u2019da ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131llarda istikrarl\u0131 seyrediyordu. Ancak \u00fclkede kiralar bu y\u0131l rekor d\u00fczeyde artt\u0131. Y\u0131l\u0131n ilk 7 ay\u0131nda t\u00fcketici fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n y\u00fczde 6,2 oldu\u011fu \u00fclkede enflasyon Euro B\u00f6lgesi ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n da \u00fcst\u00fcnde.<\/p>\n<p><b>LE\u0130PZ\u0130G VE BERL\u0130N\u2019DE HIZLI ARTTI<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkenin \u00f6nde gelen \u015fehirlerinden Berlin ve Leipzig kiralar\u0131n h\u0131zla artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgeler aras\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p>Emlak portal\u0131 Immowelt taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan bir anket, orta \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u015fehirlerdeki kiralar\u0131n da keskin bir \u015fekilde artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koydu. \u00d6rne\u011fin Kuzey Ren-Vestfalya\u2019daki Dormagen\u2019de ortalama kiralar ge\u00e7en y\u0131l y\u00fczde 18 artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Almanya\u2019n\u0131n konut piyasas\u0131 Ukrayna sava\u015f\u0131ndan \u00f6nce de arz s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yordu. O zamandan bu yana g\u0131da ve enerji enflasyonu h\u0131zla y\u00fckselirken, yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyon Ukraynal\u0131 m\u00fcltecinin geli\u015fi mevcut konut stoku \u00fczerinde daha fazla bask\u0131 olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n<p><b>KOAL\u0130SYON ORTA\u011eINDAN \u0130T\u0130RAZ<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan SPD ile koalisyon orta\u011f\u0131 liberal H\u00fcr Demokrat Parti (FDP) aras\u0131nda \u015fimdiden bir \u00e7atlak olu\u015fmu\u015f durumda. FDP, artan kiralar\u0131n esas olarak konut eksikli\u011finden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bu sorunu daha fazla d\u00fczenleme getirmek yerine konut piyasalar\u0131n\u0131 serbestle\u015ftirerek \u00e7\u00f6zmek istedi\u011fini belirtmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>FDP\u2019nin in\u015faat ve konuttan sorumlu s\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc Daniel F\u00f6st, h\u00fck\u00fcmetin odak noktas\u0131n\u0131n \u201cin\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6kmeden \u00f6nce in\u015faat kriziyle m\u00fccadele etmek\u201d olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.
