S\u0131cak havan\u0131n ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin bal\u0131k avc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkiledi\u011fini belirten Prof. Dr. Samsun, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>* Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda ilk palamut avc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olurdu. Palamudun ard\u0131ndan istavrit, hamsi, l\u00fcfer ve di\u011fer bal\u0131klar avlan\u0131rd\u0131. Ancak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu \u015fekilde olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>* K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n, s\u0131cakl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fikliklerinin, ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n d\u00fczenli olmamas\u0131, periyodik olarak yaz aylar\u0131nda ya\u011fan ya\u011fmurlarla derelerden ve akarsulardan besleyece\u011fi maddeler olarak bildi\u011fimiz \u00e7e\u015fitli planktonlar ya\u011fmurlarla denizlere ula\u015f\u0131rd\u0131. Bunlar da her hafta bal\u0131klar\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131na etki edecek \u015fekilde olumlu bir katk\u0131 sunard\u0131. Ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar periyodik olarak d\u00fczenli ya\u011fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in l\u00fcfer ve palamut bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcmedi.<\/p>\n<p>* Eski y\u0131llarda bu zamanlarda palamut kendisini g\u00f6sterir, avlan\u0131lmas\u0131 ba\u015flard\u0131. Bu y\u0131l gecikti. Bu y\u0131l hen\u00fcz kendini g\u00f6stermedi.<\/p>\n<p>* Bu d\u00f6nemde yakla\u015f\u0131k 100-150 gram a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olan ve tezgahlardaki yerini alan \u00e7ingene palamudu maalesef g\u00f6r\u00fclmedi. Palamut, g\u00f6\u00e7 eden bir bal\u0131k. \u00dcreme g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fc nedeniyle \u00f6nce Ege\u2019den Marmara\u2019ya, daha sonra Marmara\u2019dan Karadeniz\u2019e ge\u00e7er. Hopa\u2019ya kadar g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>* \u00c7ingene palamudu, palamut ve torik olarak bildi\u011fimiz bu bal\u0131k 5 kiloya kadar \u00e7\u0131kar. Art\u0131k son g\u00fcnlerde bu \u015fekilde olmamaktad\u0131r. Bunun b\u00f6yle olmamas\u0131n\u0131n nedenlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n, s\u0131cakl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fikliklerinin, ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n d\u00fczenli olmamas\u0131 geliyor.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i01.sozcucdn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/29\/resimid_236167891_23616789.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>YEN\u0130LEB\u0130L\u0130R ET ORANI Y\u00dcZDE 69<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* Palamudun yasal tebli\u011flere g\u00f6re 25 santimden k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn avlanmas\u0131 yasak. T\u00fcketicilerimizin bu 25 santimden k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck palamut bal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 sat\u0131n almamalar\u0131n\u0131, bilin\u00e7li bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da bunlar\u0131 avlamamalar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmek istiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>* Daha \u00f6nce yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda palamut bal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, biz 15 ila 47 santim aras\u0131ndaki boylarda yakalad\u0131k. Bunlar\u0131n 34 ila 1288 gram aras\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fikliklerinin oldu\u011funu tespit ettik. Yine palamutlar\u0131n en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcklerinde y\u00fczde 42, en b\u00fcy\u00fck olarak kabul ettiklerimizde ise y\u00fczde 79 oran\u0131nda et verdiklerini belirledik.<\/p>\n<p>* Palamudun ortalama y\u00fczde 69 oran\u0131nda yenilebilir eti olan, et oran\u0131 y\u00fcksek bir bal\u0131k oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. B\u00f6yle k\u0131ymetli bal\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bizden sonraki nesillere de aktar\u0131labilmesi, stoklar\u0131n\u0131n ve pop\u00fclasyonunun devam etmesi i\u00e7in, \u00fclkemizin yasal mercilerinin alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu kuralla uyulmas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck fayda olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Bal\u0131\u011f\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckse avlan\u0131lmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n buna \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermelerini bekliyoruz. Zaten b\u00f6yle yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i01.sozcucdn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/29\/resimid_236167901_23616790.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Osman Samsun ayr\u0131ca palamudun ard\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kacak olan istavrit, l\u00fcfer, hamsi ve di\u011fer bal\u0131k t\u00fcrlerinin de stoklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok iyi korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bilin\u00e7li davran\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda avlanan deniz bal\u0131klar\u0131 miktar\u0131 254 bin 535 ton olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Avlanan deniz bal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcrlerine g\u00f6re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 incelendi\u011finde, hamsinin 125 bin 980 ton ile en y\u00fcksek miktarda avlanan bal\u0131k oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Hamsiyi, 49 bin 892 ton ile palamut-torik ve 16 bin 729 ton ile sardalya takip etti.
