{"id":120597,"date":"2023-08-29T12:53:10","date_gmt":"2023-08-29T12:53:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=120597"},"modified":"2023-08-29T12:53:10","modified_gmt":"2023-08-29T12:53:10","slug":"konut-kredilerine-faiz-freni","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=120597","title":{"rendered":"Konut kredilerine faiz freni"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 Derne\u011fi\u2019nin (GYODER) 2023\u2019\u00fcn ikinci \u00e7eyre\u011fine ili\u015fkin yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye Gayrimenkul Sekt\u00f6r\u00fc raporu, konut kredilerinin bireysel krediler i\u00e7inde pay\u0131n\u0131n sert d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya koydu.<\/p>\n<p>Buna g\u00f6re, 2023 Haziran itibar\u0131yla konut kredilerinde ayl\u0131k faiz oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 1,84\u2019e, y\u0131ll\u0131k bile\u015fik faiz ise y\u00fczde 24,45\u2019e \u00e7\u0131karak Ocak 2019&#8217;dan itibaren en y\u00fcksek de\u011fere ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Faizlerdeki bu art\u0131\u015f sonras\u0131\u00a0konut kredilerinin bireysel krediler i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 ise, 2023 Haziran\u2019da bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 30,4 azald\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 20,1\u2019e geriledi.<\/p>\n<p>2022 Haziran\u2019da y\u00fczde 38 olan konut kredilerinin toplam t\u00fcketici kredilerindeki pay\u0131 ise, Haziran 2023 itibar\u0131yla 6,4 puan azalarak y\u00fczde 31,6\u2019ya d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re, 2023 Haziran\u2019da bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re kredili konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 y\u00fczde 66,85\u2019lik rekor d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fle 13 bin 463 adede gerilemi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i01.sozcucdn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/29\/3-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Kaynak: GYODER (Merkez Bankas\u0131 verilerinden al\u0131nan oranlar)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>YILLIK FA\u0130Z ORANI Y\u00dcZDE 20,08 \u0130KEN Y\u00dcZDE 34\u2019\u00dc A\u015eTI<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Raporda konut kredi faizlerinin sene ba\u015f\u0131ndan bu yana nas\u0131l seyretti\u011fi ve ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nem aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda konut kredi hacmindeki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f de yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2023 ba\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fczde 1,54 seviyelerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen ayl\u0131k faiz, y\u0131l\u0131n ilk \u00e7eyre\u011fi sonunda y\u00fczde 1,33 seviyelerinde seyrederken ikinci \u00e7eyrek sonunda ise y\u00fczde 1,81 seviyesine y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde 2023 ba\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fczde 20,08 seviyelerinde ba\u015flayan y\u0131ll\u0131k faiz oran\u0131 ise, 2023 Haziran ay\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 23,98 ile tamamlad\u0131.
