Sa\u00e7 derisinin nemlenmesi ve k\u0131l folik\u00fcllerinin geli\u015fimini sa\u011flar. V\u00fccutta her an olu\u015fan paslanma \u00fcr\u00fcnleri (oksidasyon \u00fcr\u00fcnleri) antioksidanlar taraf\u0131ndan temizlenir. C vitamini de bunlardan biridir. C vitamini turun\u00e7gillerde ve ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzelerde bol miktarda bulunur. K\u0131l folik\u00fcllerinin geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u00dclkemizde D vitamini eksikli\u011fi yayg\u0131nd\u0131r bu nedenle yaz aylar\u0131nda saat 11.00-14.00 aras\u0131 koruma fakt\u00f6r\u00fc kullanmadan 29 dakika g\u00fcne\u015flenmek D vitamini sentezini sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bir olana\u011f\u0131 olmayan ki\u015filerin ise D vitaminini takviye olarak almas\u0131 \u00f6nerilir. D vitamini g\u0131dalar ile pek al\u0131namaz. Genel olarak 50 ng\/ml&#8217;nin \u00fczerinde olmas\u0131 uygundur.<\/p>\n<p><b>E vitamini<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Anti enflamatuar ve anti oksidan etkisi olan E vitamini k\u0131l folik\u00fcllerinin geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemlidir.
