Buna g\u00f6re 11 Haziran 2022 ile 1 Temmuz 2023 tarihleri aras\u0131nda yenilenen kira d\u00f6nemlerinde uygulanacak kira bedeline ili\u015fkin anla\u015fmalar, bir \u00f6nceki kira y\u0131l\u0131na ait kira bedelinin y\u00fczde 25\u2019ini ge\u00e7emeyecek.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenlemelere kar\u015f\u0131n Eski\u015fehir&#8217;de ev kiralar\u0131, son bir y\u0131lda y\u00fczde 100&#8217;den daha fazla art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Ev sahiplerinin \u201cYa evden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131n ya da zamm\u0131 kabul edin\u201d s\u00f6ylemlerine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7aresiz kalan \u00f6\u011frenciler, ev sahipleri ve emlak\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n bu tavr\u0131ndan rahats\u0131z olduklar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdiler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cEV SAH\u0130B\u0130M Y\u00dcZDE 100 ZAM YAPMAK \u0130STED\u0130\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5 y\u0131ld\u0131r Eski\u015fehir&#8217;de \u00f6\u011frenci olan kirac\u0131 Dilara Do\u011fanhan, ev sahiplerinin haklar\u0131 olmayan zamlar yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u00d6\u011frencilerin Eski\u015fehir&#8217;de \u00e7ok zor durumda b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Do\u011fanhan \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>* \u0130lk kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmemde 950 TL yaz\u0131yor. Ancak ev sahibim yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce y\u00fczde 100 zam yapmak istedi. Bunun \u00fczerine kendisiyle tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bana kal\u0131rsa kendisi beni evden \u00e7\u0131karabilmek ad\u0131na b\u00f6yle bir yola ba\u015fvurdu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc binam\u0131zda di\u011fer dairelerin kiral\u0131k de\u011ferleri 3 bin TL ve 4 bin TL civar\u0131nda seyrediyor. Hatta e\u015fyal\u0131 evler \u00e7ok daha u\u00e7uk fiyatlarda. Konumuna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak da etkisi oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n<p>* Eski\u015fehir&#8217;de \u00f6\u011frenci olan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131n neredeyse tamam\u0131 bu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131y\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yor. Ev sahiplerinin \u015f\u00f6yle bir bilinci olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Ev sahiplerinin \u00e7o\u011funun \u00fc\u00e7 veya daha fazla evi var ve \u00e7o\u011funun mesleklerinden kaynakl\u0131 ek geliri var. Onlar i\u00e7in 100 TL veya 200 TL gibi rakamlar \u00e7ok bir \u015fey de\u011fi\u015ftirmiyor. Ev sahibim y\u00fczde 25 kira zamm\u0131n\u0131 bilmiyordu. \u2018Y\u00fczde 25&#8217;lik bir s\u0131n\u0131r neden var?&#8217; dedi. Kanunlar\u0131 g\u00f6nderdim ve durumu anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Bu olaydan sonra kendisi bana cevap vermedi. Aramalar\u0131ma dahi geri d\u00f6nmedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cEV SAH\u0130B\u0130 \u2018YA \u00c7IKIN YA DA BU PARAYLA KALIRSINIZ\u2019 DED\u0130\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Osmangazi \u00dcniversitesinde \u00f6\u011frenci olan kirac\u0131 Yunus Cankara, 4 y\u0131ld\u0131r ayn\u0131 evde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Ev sahibinin bir senedir kiraya s\u00fcrekli zam yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Cankara \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>* \u0130lk buraya geldi\u011fimde 800 TL&#8217;ye kirada kal\u0131yorduk. \u0130lk y\u0131llarda bin 100 TL&#8217;ye \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. H\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde bin 500 TL oldu. \u015eimdi de 2 bin 500 TL&#8217;ye kal\u0131yoruz. Mecburiyetten kald\u0131k. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7evremizdeki fiyatlar da fazlas\u0131yla y\u00fcksek. O evlerin e\u015fyas\u0131 da yoktu. Bizim \u015fu an evimiz e\u015fyal\u0131. Bu y\u00fczden ev sahibinin artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 fiyat\u0131 kabul etmek zorunda kald\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>* Ba\u015flarda ev sahibinin \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131z y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir talebi olmad\u0131 ama imalarda bulunuyordu. En sonunda \u2018Evden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131n&#8217; dedi. Biz kendisine kanunu s\u00f6yledik. Y\u00fczde 25 artt\u0131rabilece\u011fini ilettik. O bunu kabul etmedi. \u2018Ya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131n, ya da bu parayla kal\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z&#8217; dedi. Bizim de \u00e7aremiz kalmad\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca ev sahibinin zam yapmas\u0131n\u0131n sebeplerinden birisi, \u00e7evredeki evlerin kiralar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmesi oldu.<\/p>\n<p>* Kira art\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda emlak\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n pay\u0131 \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck. Ev sahiplerini arayarak, di\u011fer evlerin fiyatlar\u0131na g\u00f6re kira art\u0131\u015f\u0131 yapmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorlar. Okulumda bulunan \u00e7o\u011fu arkada\u015f\u0131m bu problemi ya\u015f\u0131yor. Onlar\u0131n da evleri son bir y\u0131lda y\u00fczde 100 veya y\u00fczde 150 gibi art\u0131\u015flara maruz kald\u0131.
