Bu nedenle g\u00fcnl\u00fck fruktoz al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 50 gram ile s\u0131n\u0131rlamak ve m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse bunu g\u00fcn boyuna yaymak uygun olacakt\u0131r.
