Fatih&#8217;te ba\u015flat\u0131lan projede, kav\u015fakta k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 yanan trafik \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131, 400 metre geriden gelen acil durum arac\u0131n\u0131 alg\u0131layarak ye\u015file d\u00f6nd\u00fc.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130BB i\u015ftiraklerinden \u0130stanbul Bili\u015fim ve Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Kent Teknolojileri (\u0130SBAK) A.\u015e., d\u00fcnyada da kullan\u0131lan \u2018V2x\u2019 teknolojisini geli\u015ftirerek, acil durum ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 trafikte \u00f6nceliklendirecek bir projeye imza att\u0131. Yo\u011fun trafikte ambulans ve itfaiye gibi acil durum ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7i\u015fi s\u0131ras\u0131nda ya\u015fanan karma\u015faya son verecek projenin pilot uygulamas\u0131 Fatih\u2019te ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Acil durum ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n trafik \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131na tak\u0131lmadan hareket edebilmesini sa\u011flayan sistemle, ara\u00e7lara k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 yanan trafik \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131, itfaiye ya da ambulans\u0131 alg\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ye\u015file d\u00f6necek. Di\u011fer s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler de yol vermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken riske girmeden ye\u015fil \u0131\u015f\u0131kta ge\u00e7i\u015f yapabilecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cEN AZ GEC\u0130KME HEDEFLEN\u0130YOR\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proje, trafik y\u00f6netim sistemleri konusunda uzman m\u00fchendisler taraf\u0131ndan, V2x donan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m y\u00f6netim sistemlerine entegre hale getirilmesiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Projeyle ilgili bilgi veren \u0130SBAK Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015eehircilik ve Co\u011frafi Bilgi Sistemleri \u015eefi Emine Ayg\u00fcn, \u201cV2x d\u00fcnyada ak\u0131ll\u0131 ula\u015f\u0131m sistemleri ve otonom ara\u00e7 uygulamalar\u0131nda yayg\u0131n olan bir teknolojidir. Biz de bu teknolojiyi sahayla entegre ederek kullanmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz. Proje, acil durum ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 sinyalize kav\u015faklarda \u00f6nceliklendirilerek, en az gecikmeyle kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 terk etmelerini ama\u00e7l\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARA\u00c7LARIN KONUM B\u0130LG\u0130S\u0130 YOL KENARI \u00dcN\u0130TES\u0130NE \u0130LET\u0130L\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pilot uygulama i\u00e7in itfaiyenin en \u00e7ok kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fczergah\u0131n se\u00e7ildi\u011fini belirten Ayg\u00fcn, \u201cAfet Koordinasyon M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve Fatih \u0130tfaiye M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler sonucunda pilot b\u00f6lge olarak Fatih\u2019i se\u00e7tik. \u0130tfaiyenin en \u00e7ok kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fczergah oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bu kav\u015fakta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma planlad\u0131k. \u0130tfaiye, ambulans gibi acil durum ara\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fczerinde bulunan \u00fcnite, konumlar\u0131n\u0131 yol kenar\u0131ndaki sisteme iletiyor. Buradan da kav\u015fak kontrol cihaz\u0131na iletilerek, acil durum ara\u00e7lar\u0131na \u00f6zel program devreye giriyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cCAN G\u00dcVENL\u0130\u011e\u0130N\u0130 ARTIRMASI KAZA R\u0130SK\u0130N\u0130 AZALTMASI AMA\u00c7LANIYOR\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ayg\u00fcn, sistemin yakla\u015f\u0131k 400 metre geriden gelen acil durum arac\u0131n\u0131 kav\u015fak kontrol cihaz\u0131na iletti\u011fini ifade ederek \u201cTrafik \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 yan\u0131yorsa, itfaiye arac\u0131 i\u00e7in ye\u015file d\u00f6n\u00fcyor. Kav\u015fak di\u011fer kollar\u0131 kapatarak g\u00fcvenli ge\u00e7i\u015fi tamaml\u0131yor. Bu sistem can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011fini art\u0131r\u0131yor. \u0130tfaiyenin veya ambulans\u0131n hedef b\u00f6lgeye ula\u015f\u0131rken, kav\u015fakta ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131 karma\u015faya engel olarak, kaza riskini ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131yor. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ambulans ve itfaiye \u00f6zelinde, b\u00f6lge b\u00f6lge yap\u0131labilir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cYOL VERMEK \u0130\u00c7\u0130N G\u00d6STER\u0130LEN \u00c7ABA KAOSA D\u00d6N\u00dc\u015e\u00dcYOR\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projenin \u00f6nemli bir zaman kayb\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyece\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc payla\u015fan itfaiye eri Serkan \u00c7olak, 16 y\u0131ll\u0131k meslek hayat\u0131nda, trafikten dolay\u0131 \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. \u00c7olak \u201cK\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131klarda \u00f6zellikle ara\u00e7lar\u0131n bize yol vermek i\u00e7in g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u00e7aba bazen kaosa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febiliyor. Bu y\u00fczden yang\u0131na ge\u00e7 kal\u0131yoruz. Tosun \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi; \u201c\u0130stanbul kalabal\u0131k bir \u015fehir ve yo\u011fun bir trafi\u011fi var. Bu trafikte de \u00e7o\u011fu zaman olaylara m\u00fcdahalede gecikme olabiliyor. Bunun \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilebilmesi i\u00e7in insanlar\u0131n daha duyarl\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekiyor ama, bizim i\u00e7in de k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131klarda ge\u00e7i\u015f \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bazen avantaj yerine dezavantaj yaratabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlar bize yol vermek isterken, kaza olabiliyor.
