G\u0131dalara eklenen em\u00fclgat\u00f6rler ba\u011f\u0131rsak mukozas\u0131n\u0131n hemen biti\u015fi\u011finde yer alan mukus tabakaya zarar vererek ba\u011f\u0131rsak ge\u00e7irgenli\u011fine, alerjilere, inflamasyona (iltihaplanma), obezite ve ins\u00fclin direncine neden olabilir. Karboksimetilsell\u00fcloz, karajenan, guar gam, ke\u00e7iboynuzlu gam, lesitin, sorbitol, polisorbat 60, polisorbat 65, polisorbat 80 ve propilen glikol g\u0131dalarda en fazla kullan\u0131lan em\u00fclgat\u00f6rlerin baz\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r. M\u0131s\u0131r, soya, pamuk, kanola gibi GDO&#8217;lu \u00fcr\u00fcnler bu tar\u0131m ilac\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r, bu nedenle bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlere \u201cRoundup ready\u201d ad\u0131 verilir. Roundup hem tarlalarda hem de evlerin bah\u00e7elerinde ot \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc olarak yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Maalesef GDO&#8217;lu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra GDO i\u00e7ermeyen bu\u011fday, domates, narenciye gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde s\u0131k\u00e7a kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Roundup uygulamas\u0131 \u00e7ok kolay oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in giderek daha fazla\u00a0 yayg\u0131nla\u015fmaktad\u0131r.
