Bu \u015fart\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektiren \u00f6zel \u015fartlar, do\u011fal afet, salg\u0131n hastal\u0131k, acil durum, yap\u0131m tekni\u011fi \u00f6zellik arz eden i\u015fler. Fakat buna ra\u011fmen ihalelerde \u00e7o\u011fu kez bu yol kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Yavuzy\u0131lmaz, sosyal medya hesab\u0131ndan \u015fu payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>*Atat\u00fcrk Havaliman\u0131 pistlerini k\u0131ran Yap\u0131 ve Yap\u0131 A.\u015e&#8217;ye pe\u015fke\u015f \u00e7ekti\u011fi 6 ihale dahil toplam 25 ihalesini yarg\u0131ya ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131m.
