S\u00f6z konusu durumla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya olan pek \u00e7ok ki\u015fi de ipotekli konut kredilerini \u00f6demeyi boykot ediyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>PLAN TAMAMLANMAMI\u015e PROJELER \u0130\u00c7\u0130N<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bloomberg&#8217;in haberine g\u00f6re \u00c7in Halk Bankas\u0131 ve \u00c7in Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu mebla\u011f\u0131 \u00c7in Kalk\u0131nma Bankas\u0131 ve \u00c7in Tar\u0131msal Kalk\u0131nma Bankas\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla aktaracak.<\/p>\n<p>Bununla birlikte \u00f6zel krediler yaln\u0131zca daha \u00f6nce sat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ancak hen\u00fcz tamamlanmam\u0131\u015f evlerde kullan\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7in&#8217;in bu y\u0131lki y\u00fczde 5,5&#8217;lik b\u00fcy\u00fcme hedefini tutturamamas\u0131 muhtemel ve gen\u00e7 i\u015fsizlik y\u00fczde 20 d\u00fczeyinde.<\/p>\n<p><b>BOR\u00c7LANMA FA\u0130Z\u0130 D\u00dc\u015e\u00dcR\u00dcLD\u00dc<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7in, gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki kriz ve yeniden art\u0131\u015f kaydeden corona vir\u00fcs\u00fc vakalar\u0131 nedeniyle bocalayan ekonomisini canland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in bor\u00e7lanma faizini de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc, konut kredilerine y\u00f6n yeren faiz oran\u0131nda da daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir indirime gitti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7in Merkez Bankas\u0131 bir y\u0131l vadeli kredi ana faiz oran\u0131n\u0131 (LPR) 5 baz puan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek y\u00fczde 3,65&#8217;e, be\u015f y\u0131ll\u0131k LPR faizini ise 15 baz puan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek y\u00fczde 4,30&#8217;a indirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Merkez bankas\u0131 bir y\u0131l vadeli LPR&#8217;si en son ocakta, be\u015f y\u0131ll\u0131k LPR&#8217;si ise may\u0131sta d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Be\u015f y\u0131ll\u0131k LPR oran\u0131 konut kredilerinin maliyetini etkiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Merkez bankas\u0131, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz hafta 400 milyar yuan (59,33 milyar dolar) fonlama sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir y\u0131ll\u0131k orta vadeli bor\u00e7 verme imkan\u0131 (MLF) faizini baz\u0131 finans kurumlar\u0131 i\u00e7in 10 baz puan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. B\u00f6ylece MLF faizi y\u00fczde 2,85\u2019ten y\u00fczde 2,75\u2019e d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p><b>LPR NE \u0130\u015eE YARIYOR?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ticari bankalar\u0131n \u00fcst d\u00fczey m\u00fc\u015fterilerine sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bor\u00e7 verme oran\u0131 olan LPR (Loan Prime Rate) di\u011fer krediler i\u00e7in sa\u011flanan oranlar i\u00e7in bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct g\u00f6revi g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Bu oran\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmesi, \u015firketler ve t\u00fcketicilerin bor\u00e7lanma maliyetlerini azalt\u0131yor.
