Sar\u0131, son 10 y\u0131lda ya\u015fanan trafik kazalar\u0131nda \u00f6lenlerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 55 bin ki\u015fi oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u00fclkeye olan maliyetinin ise 73 milyar dolar oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130BB \u0130Y\u0130 Parti Grup s\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc ve Ula\u015f\u0131m ve Trafik Komisyonu \u00fcyesi Dr. M\u00fchehdis Suat Sar\u0131, \u00f6zellikle yaz aylar\u0131nda onlarca otob\u00fcs, kamyon, treyler, TIR&#8217;lar\u0131n sebebiyet verdi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00fcml\u00fc kazalar\u0131n meydana geldi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatarak, \u201cDevlet yetkilileri kazan\u0131n sorumlular\u0131n\u0131 bulmak y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ve taziye mesajlar\u0131 yay\u0131nlamak ile g\u00fcn\u00fc ge\u00e7iriyorlar. Oysaki ana sorun e\u011fitimsiz ve hi\u00e7 dinlenmeden 12-18 saat ara\u00e7 s\u00fcren s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerden kaynaklan\u0131yor.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkede yo\u011fun bir otoyol ve b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol yap\u0131m hamlesi oldu\u011funu,\u00a0ancak ne otoyollarda ne de di\u011fer yollarda s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin dinlenece\u011fi standartlarda hi\u00e7bir dinlenme \u00fcnitesinin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Dr. Sar\u0131, \u201cBuna daha \u00e7ok mesai ile daha az s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ile \u00fccret takviyesi te\u015fvik edilince, yollarda uykusuz s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerden kaynaklanan kazalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmuyor.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBu paradigma y\u0131llarca b\u00f6yle gelmi\u015f b\u00f6yle gidiyor\u201d diyen Sar\u0131, son 10 y\u0131lda trafik kazalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u015fu \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Son 10 y\u0131lda trafik kazalar\u0131nda 55.5923 ki\u015fi \u00f6ld\u00fc , 3 milyon 778 bin ki\u015fi yaraland\u0131.\u00a0Yaral\u0131lardan yakla\u015f\u0131k 400 bin adedi engelli olarak hayat\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri bakan\u0131, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda trafik kazalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fclkemize ekonomik maliyetini 55 milyar TL olarak a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Bu ise 7.3 milyar dolar demek, Yani son 10 y\u0131lda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki trafik kazalar\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik maliyeti 73 milyar dolar.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de kullan\u0131lan ara\u00e7lar\u0131n%60&#8217;\u0131 ithal. dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile kazalar sonucu hurda olan ara\u00e7lar yerine \u00fclkenin milyonlarca d\u00f6vizi yeni ara\u00e7 ithaline gidiyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 H\u00fck\u00fcmet ise 2022 b\u00fct\u00e7esinde olu\u015facak a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131n vergi ve trafik cezalar\u0131 ile kapat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclere 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda 19 milyon 491 adet ceza kesildi. Her y\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyar dolar trafik cezas\u0131 kesiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6L\u00dc VE YARALI SAYISI Y\u00dcZDE 50 AZALIRDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerin, trafik cezalar\u0131ndan gelen tutarlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fine harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Sar\u0131, \u201cBa\u015fta ana okullar\u0131 ve ilk\u00f6\u011fretim okullar\u0131na ve yerel y\u00f6netimlere trafik e\u011fitim b\u00fct\u00e7esi g\u00f6nderiyor. Bununla ilgili \u00f6\u011fretmenler yeti\u015ftiriyorlar.\u00a0Trafik cezalar\u0131ndan toplanan bedeller, trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fine harcansayd\u0131 bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6l\u00fc ve yaral\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 en az %50 azal\u0131rd\u0131.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Almanya&#8217;dan \u00f6rnekler veren Sar\u0131, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;den 2 kat fazla ara\u00e7 var.
