C vitamini \u00f6ncellikle organlar\u0131n, damarlar\u0131n, di\u015f ve kemiklerin \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil eden, b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini ve onar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan kolajenin olu\u015fumunda rol oynar. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla v\u00fccudumuzun C vitamini ile y\u00fckl\u00fc olmas\u0131 gerekir. Ancak C vitaminin faydas\u0131 bununla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fil. Bu vitamin oksidatif strese yo\u011fun olarak maruz kalabilen ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi h\u00fccrelerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra g\u00f6z retinas\u0131nda, akci\u011ferlerde ve deride de depolan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>Hangi g\u0131dalarda bulunur?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En fazla C vitamini bar\u0131nd\u0131ran besinler san\u0131lan\u0131n aksine brokoli, biber, kivi, ku\u015fburnu ve limondur. Portakal, greyfurt ve mandalinada C vitamini daha azd\u0131r. 100 gram brokoli, biber, kivi ve limonda 100 mg C vitamini vard\u0131r. En iyi C vitamini i\u00e7inde biyoflavonoid, hesperidin, rutin gibi di\u011fer bile\u015fikleri de bar\u0131nd\u0131ran kompleks C vitaminidir. C vitamini haplar\u0131 \u00e7o\u011funlukla m\u0131s\u0131rdan elde edilmektedir. M\u0131s\u0131r ve soya alerjik \u00f6zellikleri olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek ve GDO&#8217;lu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerdir.
