Bu i\u015f\u00e7inin hakk\u0131, \u00f6deyin\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn 3 bin 500 TL ayl\u0131k alan bir emekli yurtta\u015f\u0131n 3 y\u0131l i\u00e7in 5 bin 250 TL promosyon ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan Ko\u00e7ak, \u201cEmeklinin bankadan 1 y\u0131lda ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplam maa\u015f 40 bin TL iken, THY&#8217;nin banka \u00fczerinden \u00f6dedi\u011fi toplam para y\u0131lda 40 milyar TL&#8217;dir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c6 M\u0130LYON DOLARA RAZI OLUNMASI \u0130ZAHA MUHTA\u00c7\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ko\u00e7ak \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDolay\u0131s\u0131yla 42 bin TL y\u0131ll\u0131k geliri olan bir emekli yurtta\u015f gelirinin y\u00fczde 4\u2019\u00fc kadar promosyon al\u0131yor. 2022 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk 9 ay\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 1.5 milyar dolar personel \u00f6demesi yapt\u0131. THY 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda toplam 40 milyar TL personel \u00f6demesi yapacak.\u00a0THY&#8217;nin 9 ayda sadece 6 milyon dolara, oransal olarak y\u00fczde 0,4 (binde d\u00f6rt) promosyon gelirine raz\u0131 olmas\u0131 basiretli bir t\u00fcccar anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile ba\u011fda\u015fmamakta olup izaha muhta\u00e7t\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>HAVASEN\u2019den yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada ise THY\u2019de ya\u015fanan promosyon s\u00fcreci t\u00fcm detaylar\u0131yla anlat\u0131ld\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131klaman\u0131n tam metni \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>THY PR\u0130MLER\u0130 YATIRDI, PROMOSYONUN \u00dcZER\u0130NE YATTI<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>THY&#8217;nin 2022 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk 9 ay\u0131nda elde edilen kardan personele prim ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00f6deme yapmas\u0131 takdir edilecek bir davran\u0131\u015f olmakla beraber, eme\u011fi ile ge\u00e7inen, pandemi d\u00f6neminde \u015firketi ayakta tutarak \u00fclke ekonomisine ciddi katk\u0131lar yapan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131nda tart\u0131\u015fma konusu olmu\u015f, adeta i\u015f bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve i\u015fyerindeki huzuru tehdit eder bir ortama yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Hi\u00e7 ku\u015fku yok ki, bu ortam\u0131n do\u011fmas\u0131nda; payla\u015f\u0131m kriterlerinin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde ortaya konulmamas\u0131, s\u00fcrecin \u015feffafl\u0131ktan uzak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi, k\u0131yaslanabilir olmaktan uzak bir nitelik ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>SEND\u0130KAYI MUHATAP ALMADILAR<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2015, 2018 ve 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 yap\u0131lan prim \u00f6demelerinde y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131 ard\u0131ndan yetkili sendikay\u0131 (HAVA \u0130\u015e) s\u00fcrece dahil ederek protokol imzalayan THY y\u00f6netimi, bu kez sendikay\u0131 muhatap almaya gerek g\u00f6rmemi\u015f ve s\u00fcreci tek tarafl\u0131 olarak y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u0130yiniyetli say\u0131labilecek bir anlay\u0131\u015fla ba\u015flat\u0131lan s\u00fcre\u00e7 maalesef sosyal kutupla\u015fmay\u0131 beraberinde getirmi\u015f, adalet ve aidiyet duygusunu zay\u0131flatm\u0131\u015f, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131nda k\u0131dem, ehliyet ve liyakat tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>FA\u0130Z GEL\u0130R\u0130 \u00c7ALI\u015eANIN HAKKIDIR<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bilindi\u011fi gibi, 2011 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar THY&#8217;de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ay\u0131 her ay\u0131n 15. g\u00fcn\u00fc ba\u015flamakta ve ertesi ay\u0131n 14. g\u00fcn\u00fc sona ermekte ve maa\u015f hesaplamas\u0131 da bu tarih aral\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re hesaplanmakta idi. Bu d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ay\u0131n\u0131n son g\u00fcn\u00fc olan 14. g\u00fcn THY \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 maa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcn kayb\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n almakta idi. \u0130kramiyeler ise, ikramiyeye esas 3 ay\u0131n son g\u00fcn\u00fcnde \u00f6denmekte idi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2011-2012 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7erli olan ve THY ile yetkili sendika Hava \u0130\u015f&#8217;in uzla\u015famamas\u0131 sonucu Y\u00fcksek Hakem Kurulunca imzalanarak taraflara g\u00f6nderilen 23. D\u00f6nem Toplu \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte iken, Hamdi Top\u00e7u&#8217;nun Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 oldu\u011fu THY tek tarafl\u0131 olarak ve A\u011fustos 2011 tarihinden ba\u015flamak \u00fczere \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ay\u0131 kavram\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f ve her ay\u0131n 1. g\u00fcn\u00fc ile ay\u0131n son g\u00fcn\u00fc aras\u0131 olarak belirlemi\u015f, fakat ayl\u0131k \u00f6deme g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan ay\u0131 izleyen 8. g\u00fcn olarak uygulamaya koymu\u015ftur.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u0130kramiyelerde de, 3\u2018er ayl\u0131k ikramiyeye esas devrenin son g\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6deme uygulamas\u0131n\u0131 kald\u0131rarak 3 ayl\u0131k devreyi izleyen ay\u0131n 8. g\u00fcn\u00fc olarak yeni \u00f6deme g\u00fcn\u00fc belirlemi\u015ftir. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda Hava \u0130\u015f y\u00f6netimine gelen Ali Kemal Tatl\u0131bal ve ekibi, bu hukuksuz ve i\u015f\u00e7i aleyhine uygulamay\u0131 25. D\u00f6nemde Toplu \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesine koydurarak i\u015fverene ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tescil ettirmi\u015f ve i\u015fveren lehine me\u015fru hale getirmi\u015ftir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>HER YIL 4 AY FA\u0130Z GEL\u0130R\u0130 ALIYOR<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u0130\u015fveren lehine yetkili sendikan\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu d\u00fczenleme ile 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 A\u011fustos ay\u0131ndan itibaren THY i\u015fvereni, personelin ayl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve ikramiyelerini 8 g\u00fcn ge\u00e7 \u00f6demektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile, her y\u0131l personel \u00fccretlerini 3 aydan fazla (96 g\u00fcn), ikramiyeleri ise 1 ay\u0131 a\u015facak (32 g\u00fcn) \u015fekilde gecikme ile \u00f6demekte, b\u00f6ylece THY, yetkili sendikan\u0131n onay\u0131 ile, her personelin y\u0131ll\u0131k gelirinden yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 ay faiz geliri elde etmektedir. THY&#8217;nin son 11 y\u0131ld\u0131r gecikme ile \u00f6deme yaparak a\u00e7\u0131k ve net bi\u00e7imde faiz geliri elde etti\u011fi dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, yap\u0131lan\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7inin emek\u00e7inin hakk\u0131na el koymak oldu\u011fu hususunda teredd\u00fct yoktur.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>THY&#8217;nin 9 ayl\u0131k verilerinden hareketle 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda 2.1 milyar dolar (Kas\u0131m 2022 ortalama kuru ile yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 milyar TL) personel gideri \u00f6deyece\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu hesaba g\u00f6re ayl\u0131k ortalama 3.3 milyar liral\u0131k bir kayna\u011f\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k % 30&#8217;a varan faiz oran\u0131 ile her ay 8 g\u00fcnl\u00fck faizinin al\u0131nmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen personele \u00f6denmemesi ve THY bilan\u00e7osuna gelir kaydedilmesi a\u00e7\u0131k bir hak ihlalidir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>EMEKL\u0130 YURTTA\u015eIN ALDI\u011eI PROMOSYON ORANI DAHA Y\u00dcKSEK<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bug\u00fcn bir emekli yurtta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z 3 bin 500 TL ayl\u0131k \u00fczerinden 3 y\u0131l i\u00e7in 5 bin 250 TL promosyon almaktad\u0131r. Promosyon ise, prim nerededir?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Kald\u0131 ki, 2005 y\u0131l\u0131ndan 2011 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ay\u0131n\u0131n son g\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fccretleri yat\u0131rmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen promosyon geliri elde eden THY&#8217;nin 2011 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n A\u011fustos ay\u0131ndan itibaren 8 g\u00fcnl\u00fck ge\u00e7 \u00f6deme y\u00f6ntemi ile gelirini katmerledi\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lmakta, personelin y\u0131llard\u0131r biriken promosyon haklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demek yerine prim ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir \u00f6deme yaparak y\u00fckselen hak taleplerini bast\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>PR\u0130M PANDEM\u0130 KAYIPLARINI TELAF\u0130 ETMEKTEN UZAKTIR<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>THY y\u00f6netiminin \u201cg\u00f6nl\u00fcnden kopan\u201d bu \u00f6deme, THY ile Hava \u0130\u015f y\u00f6netiminin anla\u015farak pandemide a\u00e7l\u0131\u011fa mahkum etti\u011fi THY \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n pandemi d\u00f6nemi kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131 dahi telafi etmekten uzakt\u0131r. Pandemide tam 1.5 y\u0131l boyunca K\u0131sa \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00d6dene\u011fiyle, indirilmi\u015f \u00fccretlerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan personelin hak kay\u0131plar\u0131 giderilememi\u015ftir. 2022 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk 9 ay\u0131nda, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re personel giderlerinin % 7.5 azalmas\u0131 bu tespitimizi do\u011frulamaktad\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bu kapsamda;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2022 kar\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan prim \u00f6demesinin 1 takvim y\u0131l\u0131 dolmadan ve sadece 9 ayl\u0131k kar \u00fczerinden \u00f6denmesi, kalan 3 ayl\u0131k devrede elde edilecek kardan verilmesi gereken primden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n mahrum kalmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Prim \u00f6demesi 2022 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk 9 ay\u0131nda elde edilen ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc ise, 01 Ocak-30 Eyl\u00fcl 2022 tarihleri aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f, s\u00f6zkonusu ba\u015far\u0131ya katk\u0131da bulunmu\u015f ve fakat istifa etmi\u015f, i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f veya emekli olmu\u015f personele de k\u0131stelyevm esas\u0131na (\u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcre kadar) g\u00f6re \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>THY i\u015fvereni, 2005-2022 d\u00f6neminde anla\u015fmal\u0131 bankadan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 100 milyon dolardan fazla promosyon gelirini \u015firketten ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olanlar da dahil olmak \u00fczere personele hizmet d\u00f6nemlerine uygun \u015fekilde faizi ile birlikte payla\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in ald\u0131\u011f\u0131\/alaca\u011f\u0131 promosyon gelirini de zaman ge\u00e7irmeden personele \u00f6demelidir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>H\u0130SSED\u0130LEN ENFLASYONA KAR\u015eI ZAM YAPILMALI<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bundan b\u00f6yle, tek seferde yap\u0131lan prim \u00f6demeleri yerine T\u00dc\u0130K rakamlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00fcst\u00fcndeki \u201chissedilen enflasyona\u201d kar\u015f\u0131 personeli korumaya y\u00f6nelik iyile\u015ftirme ve ek zam se\u00e7enekleri \u00fczerinde durulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Hakedi\u015flerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ay\u0131n\u0131n son g\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6denmesine ili\u015fkin 78 senelik bir kural\u0131 ve gelene\u011fi bir kalemde silen THY&#8217;nin oldu-bittiye getirerek ve yetkili sendikay\u0131 devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakarak \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Prosed\u00fcr\u00fcne koydu\u011fu \u201c\u00dccretler, ait oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemi takip eden ay\u0131n en ge\u00e7 10&#8217;una kadar \u00f6denir. \u0130kramiyeler ise ait oldu\u011fu 3 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemi takip eden ay\u0131n en ge\u00e7 10&#8217;una kadar \u00f6denir\u201d kural\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmak \u00fczere yetkili sendika cesaretini toplay\u0131p, her istedi\u011fine evet dedi\u011fi THY ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeli , 2011 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar oldu\u011fu gibi personel \u00fccretlerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan ay\u0131n son g\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6denmesi i\u00e7in ivedilikle bir ek protokol imzalamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Sadece do\u011frular\u0131n ve ger\u00e7eklerin ifade edildi\u011fi, hakk\u0131n savunuldu\u011fu tek yer HAVA-SEN&#8217;dir. \u015eimdiye kadar gizlenen, g\u00f6zard\u0131 edilenlerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ayd\u0131nlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7ek sendika HAVA-SEN&#8217;dir.
