Kesim \u00f6ncesi eller y\u0131kanmal\u0131, eldiven giyilmeli, \u00e7i\u011f etle direkt temastan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131 ve et topra\u011fa temas ettirilmemelidir. Kontrol edilmeyen ve uygun hijyen ko\u015fullar\u0131nda kesilmeyen hayvanlardan t\u00fcberk\u00fcloz (verem), tifo, \u015farbon, brusella, tenya, kist hidatik gibi hastal\u0131klar bula\u015fabilir, g\u0131da zehirlenmesi ya\u015fanabilir. Etin bayram\u0131n ikinci g\u00fcn\u00fc t\u00fcketilmesi uygun olur. B\u00f6ylelikle hem lezzeti iyi olur hem de sindirimi kolayla\u015f\u0131r. Et kahvalt\u0131da ve ak\u015fam yeme\u011finde de\u011fil, \u00f6\u011flen t\u00fcketilmelidir. Kalorileri fazla ve besin de\u011ferleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Bol doymu\u015f ya\u011f ve rafine \u015feker \u00f6zellikle bel b\u00f6lgesinde ya\u011f olarak birikir, obezite ve \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilir. Bayramda az miktarda t\u00fcketilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7ay, kahve yerine bol su<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bayramda fazla \u00e7ay ve kahve t\u00fcketimi; \u00e7arp\u0131nt\u0131 ve tansiyon bozukluklar\u0131na neden oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle kalp hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in zararl\u0131d\u0131r. Yetersiz su t\u00fcketimi; ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi, halsizlik gibi \u015fikayetleri beraberinde getirir.
