{"id":60066,"date":"2022-12-08T18:22:05","date_gmt":"2022-12-08T18:22:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=60066"},"modified":"2022-12-08T18:22:05","modified_gmt":"2022-12-08T18:22:05","slug":"turk-bilim-insanlari-bazi-erkeklerin-covid-19u-agir-atlatmasinin-nedeni-arastirdi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=60066","title":{"rendered":"T\u00fcrk bilim insanlar\u0131 baz\u0131 erkeklerin Covid-19\u2019u a\u011f\u0131r atlatmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni ara\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. \u00dcner Kayaba\u015f, Merkezi Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Laboratuvar\u0131\u2019nda gazetecilere yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, corona vir\u00fcs\u00fc ailesinin yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 y\u0131ld\u0131r insanlar\u0131 etkiledi\u011finin bilindi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>SARS-CoV2\u2019nin (Covid-19) bu ailenin yedinci \u00fcyesi oldu\u011funu, ilk d\u00f6rd\u00fcn\u00fcn ise nezleyle kendini g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini belirten Kayaba\u015f, Covid-19\u2019un \u00f6l\u00fcmlere yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve a\u011f\u0131r hastal\u0131k tablosu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kayaba\u015f, Covid-19\u2019u gen\u00e7 ve hi\u00e7bir kronik hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olmayan erkeklerin kad\u0131nlardan daha a\u011f\u0131r ge\u00e7irdi\u011fini g\u00f6zlemlediklerini aktararak, haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131 projede, bunun cevab\u0131n\u0131 arad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Projede, literat\u00fcrdeki erkek ve kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini y\u00f6nlendiren farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n \u00fczerine gittiklerini ifade eden Kayaba\u015f, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHerhangi bir hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmayan 18-50 ya\u015f aras\u0131ndaki Covid-19\u2019u ge\u00e7iren kad\u0131n ve erkek hastalar\u0131 bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya dahil ettik. Sonu\u00e7ta ilk defa bizim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zla ortaya konan baz\u0131 genlerde mutasyonlar saptad\u0131k. Bunlardan 15\u2019i ilk defa tespit edilen mutasyondu. Bu mutasyonlar, ilk defa T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den D\u00fcnya Gen Bankas\u0131\u2019na bildirildi. Bundan sonra b\u00fct\u00fcn bilim insanlar\u0131nca, mesela ara\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 6 genden biri olan \u2018ACE2 geninin \u015fu b\u00f6lgesindeki \u015fu kod bir mutasyondur ve bu mutasyon ilk defa Ni\u011fde \u00d6mer Halisdemir \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nin projesiyle tespit edilmi\u015ftir\u2019 denilecek.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kayaba\u015f, 6 kad\u0131n ve 21 erkek hastan\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 projenin yeni \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n makalesinin Erciyes Medical Journal\u2019de yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c29 MUTASYONUN 15\u2019\u0130 \u0130LK KEZ T\u00dcRK\u0130YE\u2019DE B\u0130Z\u0130M \u00c7ALI\u015eMAMIZLA TEST ED\u0130LD\u0130\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc ve T\u0131bbi Biyoloji Ana Bilim Dal\u0131 \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Dilara Fatma Ak\u0131n da projede Erciyes \u00dcniversitesi ve \u00c7ukurova \u00dcniversitesinden destek ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Projede kronik hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunan ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olan 2 grup \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131na i\u015faret eden Ak\u0131n, \u201cKad\u0131nlar erkeklere g\u00f6re vir\u00fcs kaynakl\u0131 hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fclerdir, bu zaten bilinen bir \u015fey. Biz de bunun acaba genom a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan etkisi nas\u0131l diye bakt\u0131k. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n koromozom yap\u0131s\u0131 iki X, erkeklerinki ise X ve Y\u2019den olu\u015fuyor. X kromozomu \u00fczerinde bulunan ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k proteini ad\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz proteinler var. Kad\u0131nlarda iki X olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 \u00f6zellikle viral hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmalar\u0131 sebebi. Ama erkeklerde X kromozomun say\u0131s\u0131 bir olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 bir dezavantaj getiriyordu.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ak\u0131n, 6 gende ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBu 6 gen, \u00f6zellikle SARS CoV2\u2019nin insan v\u00fccuduna girmesini sa\u011flayan ACE2 resept\u00f6r\u00fc, yine bizim ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131k proteinlerimiz olan TLR8, TLR7 ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz \u00f6nemli imm\u00fcn ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi proteinleriydi. 6 gende 29 mutasyon dedi\u011fimiz, yani genin yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bozan de\u011fi\u015fimler bulduk. 29 mutasyonun 15\u2019i ilk kez T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bizim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zla test edildi. Bu 15 de\u011fi\u015fimden 6\u2019s\u0131 \u2018mas pozitif\u2019 ad\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz yani sitokin f\u0131rt\u0131nas\u0131na giren erkeklerde mutasyon oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fck ve bunlarla ilgili kad\u0131nlarda herhangi bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik yoktu ama erkeklerde defekt oldu\u011fu sonucuna vard\u0131k. Yine ayn\u0131 genlerde kad\u0131nlar X kromozomunun fazla olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131, miktar olarak daha fazla ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k proteinine sahiplerken, erkeklerde bir dezavantaj oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fck.
