Bunun tek istisnas\u0131 kedilerdir. S\u00fctteki kalorilerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n nedeni ya\u011fd\u0131r. Bir buza\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 2 y\u0131lda 40-50 kilodan 800 kiloya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fct sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kazein ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yapar<\/b><\/p>\n<p>S\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde bulunan kazeinin sindirim sisteminde enzimlerle par\u00e7alanmas\u0131 ile kazomorfin (ekzomorfin) denilen, bildi\u011fimiz morfin benzeri bile\u015fikler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Kazomorfin bile\u015fikleri ba\u011f\u0131rsak bariyerini a\u015farak beyindeki h\u00fccrelerde bulunan morfin resept\u00f6rlerine ba\u011flanabilir. Bu etki ile ki\u015fi kendini mutlu hisseder ve ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. D\u00fcnyadaki s\u00fct t\u00fcketiminin y\u00fczde 50&#8217;si ABD&#8217;de yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. ABD&#8217;de osteoporoz, s\u00fct t\u00fcketiminin \u00e7ok az oldu\u011fu Asya \u00fclkelerinden \u00e7ok daha fazlad\u0131r. D\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun yar\u0131s\u0131 s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri t\u00fcketmez. Brokoli, paz\u0131, lahana, karalahana gibi ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzeler kalsiyumdan zengin besinlerdir. S\u00fct kalsiyum, fosfor bak\u0131m\u0131ndan zengin; magnezyum bak\u0131m\u0131ndan ise fakir bir besindir. S\u00fctteki kalsiyumun y\u00fczde 32&#8217;si, sebzelerdeki kalsiyumun ise y\u00fczde 50&#8217;si emilmektedir. \u0130nek s\u00fct\u00fcnde bol bulunan fosfor kalsiyum emilimini k\u0131s\u0131tlar. \u0130nek s\u00fct\u00fc asidik bir Ph&#8217;a sahiptir. Asit Ph, idrarla kalsiyum ve magnezyumun at\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak negatif bilan\u00e7oya yol a\u00e7ar. Sebzeler ise alkalidir ve idrarla kalsiyum at\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaz. Kalsiyum sadece s\u00fctte de\u011fil, t\u00fcm ye\u015filliklerde bol miktarda vard\u0131r. Sonu\u00e7ta bir inek kalsiyumdan zengin inek s\u00fct\u00fc i\u00e7mez, kalsiyumu ye\u015filliklerden al\u0131r. Vejetaryenlerin kemikleri, s\u00fct i\u00e7enlerden daha sa\u011flamd\u0131r. \u00dcstelik sa\u011flam kemikler i\u00e7in sadece kalsiyum yetmez, spor ve D vitamini de gereklidir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Hormonlu bir besindir<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130nek s\u00fct\u00fcnde \u00f6strojen, progesteron, androjenler, ins\u00fclin, ins\u00fclin benzeri b\u00fcy\u00fcme hormonu (IGF1) ve di\u011fer hormonlar do\u011fal olarak bulunur. S\u00fct\u00fcn fonksiyonu bebek ve yavrular\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini sa\u011flamak oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bu hormonlar bulunmak zorundad\u0131r. Bu hormonal yap\u0131 ile s\u00fct g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme organizat\u00f6r\u00fcd\u00fcr.
