Toplumda yank\u0131 uyand\u0131ran ve tepkilere neden olan olayla ilgili H.K.G. ve Aile Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 avukat\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tutuksuz san\u0131klar Kadir \u0130stekli ve Yusuf Ziya G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fel hakk\u0131nda tutuklama talep edildi.<\/p>\n

A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi san\u0131klar Kadir \u0130stekli ve Yusuf Ziya G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fel hakk\u0131nda \u00fczerlerine at\u0131l\u0131 su\u00e7un vas\u0131f ve mahiyeti, at\u0131l\u0131 su\u00e7un katalog su\u00e7lardan olmas\u0131, bilirki\u015fi raporu, bu su\u00e7 i\u00e7in yasada \u00f6n g\u00f6r\u00fclen alt ve \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131, bu nedenle olu\u015fan ka\u00e7ma \u015f\u00fcphesi ve mevcut delil durumu nedeniyle ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 tutuklanmalar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik haklar\u0131nda yakalama emri \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verdi.<\/p>\n
Karar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan harekete ge\u00e7en polis, \u00f6nce Kadir \u0130stekli\u2019yi Pendik\u2019te g\u00f6zalt\u0131na ald\u0131. \u0130stekli \u0130stanbul Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Asayi\u015f \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne getirildi. Daha sonra ise baba Yusuf Ziya G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fel g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. \u0130stekli ve G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fel\u2019in g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde adliyeye sevki bekleniyor.
