D\u00fc\u015fen \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n etkisiyle kalbi besleyen damarlarda kas\u0131lman\u0131n uyar\u0131lmas\u0131 darl\u0131\u011fa neden olabilir veya zaten darl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan hastalarda durumu a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131rarak kalbin beslenmesini bozabilir.
