Bu gelir grubunda \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 olan 2015&#8217;e kadar konut sahipli\u011finin ciddi art\u0131\u015fta olmas\u0131d\u0131r: Sahiplik oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 51,3&#8217;ten 54,1&#8217;e (yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 puan) y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b>T\u00dcRK\u0130YE\u2019DEK\u0130 EV SAH\u0130PL\u0130\u011e\u0130 ORANI ALMANYA VE \u0130SV\u0130\u00c7RE\u2019DEN Y\u00dcKSEK<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki konut sahipli\u011fi oranlar\u0131 Macaristan, Polonya, Romanya, Meksika, \u015eili, Almanya ve \u0130svi\u00e7re ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Buna g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de konut sahipli\u011fi oran\u0131, kendisinden \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek gelire sahip Almanya ve \u0130svi\u00e7re&#8217;den olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131: T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u00fczde 56 olan oran, Almanya\u2019da y\u00fczde 44, \u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019de 38 olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada \u201cBu kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma, ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 gelir ne kadar y\u00fcksek olursa konut sahipli\u011fi de o \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde y\u00fcksek olur gibi her zaman ge\u00e7erli bir ekonomik yasan\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6stermektedir\u201d denildi.<\/p>\n<p><b>EN Y\u00dcKSEK KONUT SAH\u0130PL\u0130\u011e\u0130 ROMANYA, MACAR\u0130STAN VE POLONYA<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En y\u00fcksek konut sahipli\u011fine sahip \u00fclkeler ise s\u0131ras\u0131yla Romanya, Macaristan ve Polonya olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2020 itibar\u0131yla konut sahipli\u011fi bu \u00fclkelerde s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 97, 88 ve 79 oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00fclkelerde ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 gelirin T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye benzer d\u00fczeyde olmakla birlikte konut sahipli\u011fi oranlar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00fc\u00e7 \u00fclkenin ortak \u00f6zelli\u011fi ise eski sosyalist \u00fclkeler olmalar\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Buna ili\u015fkin ara\u015ft\u0131rmada \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRomanya&#8217;da sosyalist rejim sonras\u0131 kamuya ait konutlar\u0131n ucuz fiyatlarla oturanlara sat\u0131lmas\u0131 bu \u00fclkede 2010&#8217;da konut sahipli\u011fi oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 97,3 gibi \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek bir seviyede olmas\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Macaristan ve Polonya&#8217;daki y\u00fcksek konut sahipli\u011finin de benzer bir geli\u015fmenin sonucu oldu\u011fu tahmin edilebilir.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BETAM&#8217;\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de 2010\u2019da y\u00fczde 59 olan konut sahipli\u011fi oran\u0131 2021&#8217;de y\u00fczde 55,5\u2019e geriledi.
