D\u00fcnyaya g\u00f6re co\u011frafi konumumuz sebebiyle \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek bir arz bask\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nday\u0131z.<\/p>\n \u2013 PKK ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn uyu\u015fturucu a\u011f\u0131 bir yandan Afganistan\u2019daki Amerika i\u015fgalinden sonra 17 bin hektar olan afyon ekim tarlalar\u0131n\u0131n 300 bin hektara y\u00fckselmesi bir yandan Avrupa\u2019da sentetik uyu\u015fturucu \u00fcretiminin artmas\u0131 ve do\u011fuya sevk edilmesi bir yandan i\u00e7eride uyu\u015fturucu \u00fcretilmemesine ra\u011fmen bizi ciddi bir arz bask\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131na sokmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n 20 KENTTE UYGULANIYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n NARKO-ALAN projesi ile mahallelere kontroll\u00fc giri\u015f-\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yapt\u0131r\u0131larak uyu\u015fturucu ile m\u00fccadele edildi\u011fini anlatan Bakan Soylu, \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n \u2013 \u015eu anda 20 b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirde NARKO-ALAN projesi uyguluyoruz. Mahalleyi tamamen kapat\u0131yoruz. Bir ter\u00f6r olay\u0131yla ilgili nas\u0131l bir kapama yap\u0131yorsak mahalleyle ilgili de b\u00f6yle bir kapama yap\u0131yoruz. \u0130stanbul\u2019da \u015fu anda h\u00e2l\u00e2 7 mahalle kapal\u0131d\u0131r.
