{"id":71680,"date":"2023-02-27T09:05:04","date_gmt":"2023-02-27T09:05:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=71680"},"modified":"2023-02-27T09:05:04","modified_gmt":"2023-02-27T09:05:04","slug":"odtu-deprem-sonrasi-tsunami-on-raporunu-acikladi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=71680","title":{"rendered":"ODT\u00dc deprem sonras\u0131 tsunami \u00f6n raporunu a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ODT\u00dc \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi Kandilli Rasathanesi ve Deprem Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc, Atina Akademisi ve G\u00fcney Kaliforniya \u00dcniversitesi destekleriyle haz\u0131rlanan \u201c\u0130skenderun K\u00f6rfezi K\u0131y\u0131 Yap\u0131lar\u0131 Ve Do\u011fu Akdeniz\u2019deki Tsunami De\u011ferlendirmeleri\u201d \u00f6n raporunun sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 belli oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda, merkez \u00fcss\u00fc deniz k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131ndan yakla\u015f\u0131k 90 kilometre i\u00e7eride olmas\u0131na ve fay\u0131n do\u011frultu at\u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 karakteristik g\u00f6stermesine ra\u011fmen 7,7 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki depremin, Hatay\u2019\u0131n Arsuz ve Mersin\u2019in Erdemli il\u00e7eleri ile KKTC\u2019nin Gazima\u011fusa ve Girne kentlerinin sahillerinde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck genlikli tsunami olay\u0131na neden oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130LK DALGA 25. DAK\u0130KADA GELD\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buna g\u00f6re Hatay\u2019\u0131n Arsuz il\u00e7esi sahiline ilk dalgan\u0131n 25\u2019inci dakikada, en y\u00fcksek dalgan\u0131n da 14 santimetre ile 33\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc dakikada ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlendi. Gazima\u011fusa istasyonunda 17 santimetrelik en y\u00fcksek dalga 65\u2019inci dakikada, Erdemli istasyonunda 14 santimetrelik en y\u00fcksek dalga 48\u2019inci dakikada, Girne istasyonunda ise 10 santimetrelik en y\u00fcksek dalga yine 48\u2019inci dakikada \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda, \u201c6 \u015eubat 2023 depremi sebebiyle Do\u011fu Akdeniz\u2019de olu\u015fan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli tsunami olay\u0131n\u0131n bilimsel olarak ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve olu\u015fma mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n saptanmas\u0131, \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bb\u00f6lgede gelecekte olu\u015fabilecek olas\u0131 tsunami olaylar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fma mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nceden anlamak ve haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in \u00f6nemlidir. Bu olay hem karada merkez \u00fcss\u00fc olan do\u011frultu at\u0131ml\u0131 fay k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sonras\u0131 olu\u015fan tsunami sebebiyle ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken hem de b\u00f6lgedeki erken uyar\u0131 sisteminin verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n test edilmesine olanak sa\u011flayan bir olay olmu\u015ftur.\u201d ifadeleri yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Raporu haz\u0131rlayan ekibin ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapan UNESCO Kuzey Do\u011fu Atlantik ve Akdeniz Tsunami Uyar\u0131 Sistemi \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nem ba\u015fkan\u0131, ODT\u00dc Deprem M\u00fchendisli\u011fi Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi \u00dcyesi ve M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc K\u0131y\u0131 ve Deniz M\u00fchendisli\u011fi Dal\u0131 \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Ahmet Cevdet Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, AA muhabirine raporda yer alan bulgular\u0131 de\u011ferlendirdi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TSUNAM\u0130\u0130N OLU\u015eMA NOKTASI SAMANDA\u011e KALEBUNU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Raporda g\u00f6sterilen noktalar\u0131n, k\u0131y\u0131da su y\u00fczeyini \u00f6l\u00e7en ve mareograf ad\u0131 verilen cihazlar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu yerler oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, deprem sonras\u0131 denizde bir hareketlenme varsa bu cihazlar\u0131n hareketlenmeyi yakalayabildi\u011fini aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u0130lk \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bilgi \u2018Dalga ne zaman gelmi\u015ftir?\u2019 Bunun vard\u0131\u011f\u0131 yere ve s\u00fcresine g\u00f6re olu\u015ftu\u011fu noktay\u0131 bulmam\u0131z \u00f6nemli. Olu\u015ftu\u011fu noktada fay, deniz taban\u0131n\u0131 kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ya da deforme etmi\u015f mi? Yahut deniz taban\u0131nda oturma, kayma gibi k\u00fctle hareketi olu\u015fmu\u015f mu?<\/p>\n<p>Bunlar\u0131 bilmek i\u00e7in \u00f6nce kay\u0131tlar\u0131 incelemek, daha sonra fay\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerleri saptamak, sonra da deniz taban\u0131nda tahmin etti\u011fimiz olu\u015fumlar\u0131n yerlerini bulmak gerek. Bunlar\u0131n hepsinin dairelerinin kesi\u015fti\u011fi yer, Samanda\u011f kuzeyindeki Kaleburnu\u2019nun g\u00fcneyinde a\u00e7\u0131kta bir noktaya i\u015faret ediyordu.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hatay\u2019da meydana gelen 6,4 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki depreme de dikkati \u00e7eken Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, \u201cDenizde acaba fay devam ediyor mu? 6,4 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki depremle Samanda\u011f\u2019a geldi\u011fini g\u00f6rd\u00fck. G\u00fcneye giderse denize do\u011fru mu y\u00f6nelir, yoksa Lazkiye\u2019den g\u00fcneye mi gider? Tarihine bak\u0131yoruz ve b\u00f6lgede deniz taban\u0131nda depremler olacaksa nas\u0131l bir dalga yarat\u0131r, nas\u0131l yay\u0131l\u0131r, nerelere, ne kadar zamanda gelir? Bu bilgileri bulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bizim bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131m\u0131z ileride b\u00f6yle durumlar i\u00e7in haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olma ve uyar\u0131 verme a\u015famas\u0131na bilgi sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, tsunaminin olu\u015ftu\u011fu noktan\u0131n tespit edilmesinin \u00f6nemi hakk\u0131nda, \u201cBiz \u2018Orada bir kayma, oturma olacakt\u0131r.\u2019 demiyoruz, \u2018Orada zay\u0131f bir b\u00f6lge var.\u2019 durumunu i\u015faret edebiliyoruz.\u201d de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MERKEZ \u00dcSLER\u0130N\u0130N KIYIYA UZAK OLMASI DALGA BOYLARINI ETK\u0130LYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depremlerin merkez \u00fcslerinin k\u0131y\u0131dan uzak olmas\u0131n\u0131n tsunami boylar\u0131n\u0131 etkiledi\u011fine de\u011finen Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, \u201cDenizde belirli bir hareket g\u00f6zlenmi\u015fse onun kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n nerede ve nas\u0131l bir k\u00fctle hareketi ile meydana geldi\u011fini ara\u015ft\u0131rmak ve deniz taban\u0131nda kritik b\u00f6lgeler olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 saptamak \u00f6nemlidir\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Deprem konusunda vatanda\u015flara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcml\u00fc bilgiler ula\u015ft\u0131rmak gerekti\u011fini dile getiren Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle tamamlad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSadece \u2018deprem olacak tedbir alal\u0131m\u2019 demektense, tedbiri de almaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Ben \u2018Tsunami olacak\u2019 diyorsam, bunun nas\u0131l olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve nas\u0131l \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini de anlatmam laz\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 zaten daha somut, g\u00fcvenilir bilgiler bekliyor. Tsunaminin mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131 incelemek, ileride ya\u015fanacak ba\u015fka olaylarda bu t\u00fcr deniz hareketleri olu\u015fumunu \u015fimdiden anlamak i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli. Denizin i\u00e7inde faylar\u0131 g\u00f6remiyoruz, karadaki k\u0131r\u0131klar\u0131n hepsini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Deniz taban\u0131ndaki hareketlenme ile denize ge\u00e7en enerji dalga olarak k\u0131y\u0131lara geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Taban hareketlerinin s\u0131rlar\u0131 da \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen dalga ile bize ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 olarak ula\u015f\u0131yor.
