Meclisin bu ayki oturumunda projenin onaylanmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i01.sozcucdn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/02\/14bd46c8-68d6-4775-891c-bfd500a922d6-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130BB KRED\u0130 FA\u0130Z\u0130N\u0130 \u00d6DEYECEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yeni finansman modelinin; riskli yap\u0131da oturan dar gelirli vatanda\u015flar, \u0130BB i\u015ftirak \u015firketi K\u0130PTA\u015e, bankalar ve \u0130BB olmak \u00fczere 4 payda\u015f\u0131 var. \u0130BB, riskli binalarda oturan vatanda\u015flar\u0131 evlerinin yenilenmesi i\u00e7in K\u0130PTA\u015e ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn finansman\u0131 i\u00e7in de bankalarla yan yana getirme konusunda koordinasyon g\u00f6revini \u00fcstlenecek. K\u0130PTA\u015e, vatanda\u015fa ve bankalara riskli binalar\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p yeniden yap\u0131lma garantisi verecek.<\/p>\n<p>Bankalar, bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn finansman\u0131nda hak sahiplerine konut kredisi kulland\u0131racak. \u0130BB de koordinasyonun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bankalarca kulland\u0131r\u0131lacak konut kredilerin faizlerini \u00f6deyecek. Kredi anapara \u00fcst limiti 1 milyon lira ve vadesi de azami 10 y\u0131l olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>Anapara, vatanda\u015f taraf\u0131ndan 10 y\u0131lda , faiz ise \u0130BB taraf\u0131ndan 10 y\u0131l boyunca bankalara \u00f6denecektir. \u00d6rnek \u00f6deme plan\u0131na g\u00f6re vatanda\u015f birinci y\u0131l her ay ortalama 2 bin 700 TL taksit \u00f6deyecek. \u0130BB\u00a0 her ay 17 bin liral\u0131k finansman deste\u011finde bulunmu\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i01.sozcucdn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/02\/a320fb46-a61b-430e-bf40-2e409f4d3ddd-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u0130SKL\u0130 B\u0130NA RAPORU OLMALI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projeden yararlanabilmek i\u00e7in belli kriterleri ta\u015f\u0131mak gerekiyor. \u00d6ncelikle faiz deste\u011finden yararlanacak binan\u0131n, riskli yap\u0131 raporunun bulunmas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u00a0\u201c\u0130stanbul Yenileniyor\u201d projesi kapsam\u0131nda K\u0130PTA\u015e ile uzla\u015fmaya var\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131. Hak sahibinin dar gelirli olmas\u0131 yani hane i\u00e7i toplam gelirinin net asgari \u00fccretin 2 kat\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7memesi gerek. Hak sahibinin bankalarca kredilendirilmesinde bir engel bulunmamas\u0131 da \u015fartlar aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca bir ki\u015fi en fazla bir konut i\u00e7in faiz deste\u011finden yararlanabilecek.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i01.sozcucdn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/02\/03fb9bb9-fc83-4160-a890-053fd2a62da3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.9 M\u0130LYARLIK B\u00dcT\u00c7E AYRILDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu finansman modelinen \u0130BB, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in 2,9 milyar TL&#8217;lik b\u00fct\u00e7e ay\u0131rd\u0131. Bu b\u00fct\u00e7e ile bir y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 14 bin 77 konutun d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Kirac\u0131lar i\u00e7in de \u0130BB&#8217;nin ayr\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 bulunuyor. \u0130stanbul genelinde yapt\u0131r\u0131lan h\u0131zl\u0131 tarama testlerinde deprem g\u00fcvenli\u011fi s\u0131f\u0131ra yak\u0131n ve kendili\u011finden \u00e7\u00f6kme riski ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 bin ki\u015finin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00a0318 binada \u00a0oturanlara \u00a0kirac\u0131 ve m\u00fclk sahibi ayr\u0131m\u0131 yapmadan bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n belirledi\u011fi limitin 3 kat\u0131 kadar kira yard\u0131m\u0131nda bulunuluyor. \u0130BB Avc\u0131lar&#8217;da bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ilk uygulamas\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde hayata ge\u00e7irdi ve riskli binay\u0131 y\u0131karak kirac\u0131lara 4 bin 500 TL kira yard\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0130BB, deprem seferberlik plan\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u201c\u0130stanbul G\u00fc\u00e7leniyor\u201d sistemi kuruyor.
