Yeni karara g\u00f6re, art\u0131k 3 veya alt\u0131 say\u0131da m\u00fcsabakadan men cezas\u0131 alan oyuncular, ceza ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kategori d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki bir ba\u015fka resmi m\u00fcsabakada oynayabilecekler. \u00d6rne\u011fin, kupada 3 ma\u00e7 veya alt\u0131nda ceza alan oyuncu, bir sonraki lig m\u00fcsabakas\u0131nda forma giyebilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Sezon ortas\u0131nda yap\u0131lan bu de\u011fi\u015fiklik, futbol kamuoyu taraf\u0131ndan tepkiyle kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131rken, tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 bir iddia da ortaya at\u0131ld\u0131. FIFA, 4 ma\u00e7a ya da 3 aya kadar olan cezalar\u0131n tamam\u0131 \u00e7ekilmediyse, yeni transfer oldu\u011fu ligde cezan\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Eski federasyon, transferin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi halinde yeni federasyona bu durumu bildirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>FIFA\u2019n\u0131n ilgili talimat\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde: \u201c<em>Eski federasyon taraf\u0131ndan bir oyuncuya verilen, ancak transfer s\u0131ras\u0131nda hen\u00fcz (tamamen) yerine getirilmemi\u015f olan d\u00f6rt ma\u00e7a kadar veya \u00fc\u00e7 aya kadar olan disiplin cezalar\u0131, yapt\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n yerel d\u00fczeyde yerine getirilmesi i\u00e7in oyuncunun kay\u0131tl\u0131 oldu\u011fu yeni federasyon taraf\u0131ndan uygulanacakt\u0131r.
