V\u00fccudun s\u0131f\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131, kaslar\u0131n toparlanmas\u0131na ve beynin \u00f6l\u00fc h\u00fccrelerden temizlenmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.
