{"id":79487,"date":"2023-04-23T12:39:05","date_gmt":"2023-04-23T12:39:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=79487"},"modified":"2023-04-23T12:39:05","modified_gmt":"2023-04-23T12:39:05","slug":"10-yilda-yabancilara-konut-satisi-357-bini-asti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=79487","title":{"rendered":"10 y\u0131lda yabanc\u0131lara konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 357 bini a\u015ft\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hazine ve Maliye Bakan\u0131 Nureddin Nebati T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye gelen yabanc\u0131 sermaye miktar\u0131 ile \u00f6v\u00fcn\u00fcyor ancak bu rakam\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc yabanc\u0131lara sat\u0131lan gayrimenkuller olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ta\u015f\u0131nmaz sat\u0131n almas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcndeki s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar\u0131 kald\u0131ran ve M\u00fctekabiliyet Yasas\u0131 olarak bilinen d\u00fczenlemenin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi May\u0131s 2012\u2019den 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 Mart sonuna kadar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yabanc\u0131lara sat\u0131lan konut say\u0131s\u0131 357 bin 343\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu d\u00f6nemde yabanc\u0131lara konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u0130stanbul, 138 bin 840 konutla ilk s\u0131rada yer al\u0131rken, ikinci s\u0131rada 90 bin 266 adet konutla Antalya yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2015-2023 d\u00f6neminde yabanc\u0131lara konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Irak vatanda\u015flar\u0131, 49 bin 13 adetle ilk s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131. \u0130kinci s\u0131rada 38 bin 465 adetle Rusya yer al\u0131rken, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc<br \/>s\u0131rada 38 bin 187 adetle \u0130ran yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2022\u2019de yabanc\u0131lara konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131, 67 bin 490 adetle rekor k\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, ilk s\u0131rada 16 bin 312 adetle Rusya vatanda\u015flar\u0131 yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><b>10 YILDA 47,7 M\u0130LYAR DOLARLIK SATI\u015e<\/b><\/p>\n<p>2013-2023 d\u00f6neminde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye 128,9 milyar dolarl\u0131k do\u011frudan yabanc\u0131 sermaye giri\u015fi olurken bu rakam\u0131n 47,7 milyar dolarla y\u00fczde 37\u2019lik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc gayrimenkul al\u0131mlar\u0131 olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n<p>2002-2023 d\u00f6neminde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye toplamda 254,2 milyar dolarl\u0131k yabanc\u0131 sermaye giri\u015fi olurken, bu rakamun 69,6 milyar dolarla y\u00fczde 27,4\u2019l\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc yabanc\u0131lara<br \/>gayrimenkul sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n<p><b>PARAYLA VATANDA\u015eLIK VER\u0130L\u0130YOR<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de gayrimenkul al\u0131mlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015fta, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki M\u00fctekabiliyet Yasas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren vatanda\u015fl\u0131k d\u00fczenlemesi oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Ocak 2017\u2019de devreye giren d\u00fczenleme ile, en az 1 milyon dolar de\u011ferinde gayrimenkul al\u0131m\u0131 yapan yabanc\u0131lara vatanda\u015fl\u0131k verilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu rakam, Eyl\u00fcl 2018\u2019de 250 bin dolara indirildi ve bu da sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131.
