Avrupa Birli\u011fi (AB), do\u011fal afetlerle m\u00fccadele kapsam\u0131nda acil t\u0131bbi m\u00fcdahale ekibi kurulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye ve 7 AB \u00fcyesi \u00fclkeye 106,2 milyon avro tahsis edecek.<\/p>\n
AB Komisyonundan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tamam\u0131 AB \u00fcyesi olan Bel\u00e7ika, Fransa, Almanya, \u0130talya, L\u00fcksemburg, Portekiz ve Romanya, \u201crescEU\u201d ad\u0131 verilen afet mekanizma dahilinde \u201cacil t\u0131bbi ekipler\u201d kuracak.<\/p>\n
Bu giri\u015fimin amac\u0131, do\u011fal veya insan kaynakl\u0131 meydana gelen b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131 afetlerden etkilenen ki\u015filere acil t\u0131bbi deste\u011fin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 olacak. Projeyle kurulacak 3 acil t\u0131p ekibi cerrahi m\u00fcdahale ve t\u0131bbi tan\u0131 hizmeti verebilecek kapasitede olacak. \u0130lave olarak 17 \u00f6zel bak\u0131m ekibinden olu\u015fan t\u0131bbi g\u00f6revliler, yo\u011fun bak\u0131m, yan\u0131k tedavisi, hasta nakil, ileri tan\u0131, anne ve \u00e7ocuk deste\u011fi, rehabilitasyon, ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 deste\u011fi, ortopedik tedavi, laboratuvar, oksijen ve telekom\u00fcnikasyon deste\u011fi hizmetleri sunacak.<\/p>\n
Acil t\u0131bbi m\u00fcdahale ekipleri kademeli olarak 2024 itibar\u0131yla g\u00f6reve ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olacak. Bu ekipler \u00e7e\u015fitli afet senaryolar\u0131na haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 hale getirilecek. Ekipler \u00f6zerk olarak g\u00f6rev yapabilecek ve mevcut sa\u011fl\u0131k tesislerinin acil durumlarda yetersiz kalmas\u0131 halinde ulusal sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemlerine destek sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n
Yeni yap\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu Avrupa Sivil Koruma Mekanizmas\u0131 havuzunda bulunan 15 acil t\u0131bbi m\u00fcdahale ekibine tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 olarak olu\u015fturulacak. T\u00fcrkiye AB\u2019nin mekanizmas\u0131na 2015\u2019te kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, son olarak 6 \u015eubat\u2019taki depremlerden sonra mekanizmay\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irmi\u015fti.
