Binan\u0131n kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme girmesi ve uzla\u015famayan m\u00fcteahhit ile daire sahiplerinin itiraz\u0131 halinde \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n devreye girerek inceleme yaparak bir rapor haz\u0131rlamas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Hi\u00e7bir itiraz olmamas\u0131 ve binan\u0131n 90 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcrenin sona erdi\u011fi 15 Temmuz 2023\u2019e kadar y\u0131k\u0131lmamas\u0131 halinde, belediyenin binay\u0131 y\u0131kt\u0131raca\u011f\u0131, y\u0131k\u0131m bedelini ise, ev sahiplerinden tahsil yoluna gidece\u011fi kaydedildi.
