Dr. Burak Derku\u015f ile\u00a0y\u00fcksek lisans ve doktora \u00f6\u011frencilerinden olu\u015fan ekibi, \u0130ngiltere\u2019nin Nottingham Universitesi, \u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019den AO Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc ile Orta Do\u011fu Teknik \u00dcniversitesi ve \u00c7anakkale Onsekiz Mart \u00dcniversitesi ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131 ile i\u015f birli\u011finde, s\u0131\u011f\u0131r aort damarlar\u0131ndan insanda kullan\u0131labilecek do\u011fal aort damar\u0131 \u00fcretti.<\/p>\n<p>Kesimhanelerden elde edilen s\u0131\u011f\u0131r aort damarlar\u0131,\u00a0laboratuvar ortam\u0131nda \u2018desel\u00fclerizasyon\u2019 teknolojisiyle h\u00fccrelerinden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131larak, yenilik\u00e7i bir biyomalzemeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp, 3D biyoyaz\u0131c\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yeni aort damarlar\u0131 olu\u015fturuldu. Elastik bir yap\u0131ya sahip yeni aort damarlar\u0131,\u00a0mekanik olarak dayan\u0131kl\u0131 yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yosun kaynakl\u0131 bir biyopolimerden, \u00fcst\u00fcn biyolojik \u00f6zelliklerini ise h\u00fccresizle\u015ftirilmi\u015f aort dokusundan ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018Y\u00dcZDE Y\u00dcZ DO\u011eAL AORT DAMARI TASARLADIK\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do\u00e7. Bunlar da bir aort damar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi biyolojik aktiviteyi ya da fonksiyonu g\u00f6sterememektedir.<\/p>\n<p>*Bizim \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktam\u0131z buras\u0131yd\u0131. Ard\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck par\u00e7alara ay\u0131r\u0131yoruz ve \u00e7e\u015fitli kimyasallar\u0131n, deterjanlar\u0131n ya da enzimlerin kullan\u0131m\u0131yla bu aort dokular\u0131n\u0131 h\u00fccrelerinden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Ayr\u0131ca n\u00fckleer materyallerden de ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>*Amac\u0131m\u0131z hem hasarl\u0131 h\u00fccrelerinden hem de imm\u00fcn yan\u0131t olu\u015fturmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in n\u00fckleer materyallerinden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir aort dokusunun geri kalan baz k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 yani biyokimyasal k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 koruyarak elde etmektir.<\/p>\n<p>*Ard\u0131ndan bunlar\u0131 3 boyutlu bas\u0131m teknolojisi ile yeniden i\u015fleyip yeni aort e\u015f de\u011ferleri \u00fcretiliyor.
