Hastal\u0131k genetik nedenlerle gen\u00e7 ya\u015flarda da g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Kemiklerin k\u00fctlesi azal\u0131r ve sonu\u00e7ta k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artar. S\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilerleyen ya\u015fla birlikte artan osteoporoz; obezite, diyabet ve metabolik sendrom gibi kronik metabolik bir hastal\u0131k tablosudur. Kad\u0131nda ve erkekte beklenen ya\u015fam s\u00fcresinin uzamas\u0131yla birlikte osteoporoz, halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en \u00f6nemli hastal\u0131klar aras\u0131na girmi\u015ftir. \u0130lerleyen ya\u015fla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan en s\u0131k k\u0131r\u0131k nedenlerinden biridir. Kad\u0131nlarda bu hastal\u0131\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131klar 45 ya\u015f\u0131ndan, erkeklerde ise 75 ya\u015f\u0131ndan sonra daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. \u00d6zellikle omurga, kal\u00e7a ve el bile\u011fi k\u0131r\u0131klar\u0131 artar.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i01.sozcucdn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/07\/02-kemik-38.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><b>Kalsiyumu do\u011fru kaynaklardan al\u0131n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Yayg\u0131n inan\u0131\u015f\u0131n aksine, s\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri en yo\u011fun kalsiyum kaynaklar\u0131 de\u011fildir. Ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzelerde kalsiyum miktar\u0131 daha fazlad\u0131r. Hayvansal proteinler v\u00fccutta asit at\u0131k \u00fcretimine katk\u0131 yaparak b\u00f6brekler yoluyla kalsiyum at\u0131lmas\u0131na neden olup, osteoporoz riskini art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Sebze ve meyveler ayr\u0131ca kemik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli olan kalsiyum, potasyum, magnezyum, K vitamini ve C vitamini y\u00f6n\u00fcnden son derece zengindir. Sebze ve meyvelerin kalsiyum\/fosfor oran\u0131 iyi, sodyum miktar\u0131 ise i\u015flenmi\u015f ve rafine g\u0131dalardan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Tipik bir Bat\u0131l\u0131 diyette hayvansal protein, rafine \u015feker, tuz ve kafein fazla; sebze ve meyve ise az t\u00fcketilir. Bu tarz beslenmede, kalsiyum idrarla birlikte at\u0131l\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla v\u00fccutta, kemikleri korumaya yetecek kalsiyum kalmaz ve bu da osteoporoza yol a\u00e7ar. Ama kemik erimesi ba\u015flad\u0131ysa tedavi \u00e7ok etkili olmayabilir. En \u00f6nemli D vitamini kayna\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015ftir.
