Bunun i\u00e7in hareket-dola\u015f\u0131m-solunum sistemi, eklem hareketlili\u011fi ve antropometrik yani yap\u0131sal olarak uygunlu\u011fu sa\u011flamal\u0131y\u0131z ki, fiziksel uygunluk (fitness) d\u00fczeyimizi g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisindeki eylemleri kaliteli yapabilmek ad\u0131na\u00a0belli bir d\u00fczeyde olal\u0131m. Farkl\u0131 isimlerle hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n her noktas\u0131nda g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ve duydu\u011fumuz pilates, yoga, crossfit gibi egzersiz \u00e7e\u015fitleri asl\u0131nda fitness ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda yer al\u0131r.
