Normalde bir \u00fcnite ins\u00fclin kan \u015fekerinde 30 mg\/dl&#8217;lik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fe yol a\u00e7arken, ins\u00fclin direnci ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir \u00fcnite ins\u00fclin kan \u015fekerinde ancak 10 mg\/dl&#8217;lik bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fe yol a\u00e7ar. \u0130ns\u00fclin direncinde, ins\u00fclin h\u00fccreler \u00fczerinde yeterli ve gerekli etkiyi olu\u015fturamaz. Normalde sabah a\u00e7 karn\u0131na kan \u015fekeri ve ins\u00fclin d\u00fczeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. \u0130ns\u00fclin direncinde ise kan \u015fekeri ve ins\u00fclin d\u00fczeyi y\u00fckselme e\u011filimine girer.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bel, boyun ve kar\u0131n ya\u011flar\u0131na dikkat!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130ns\u00fclin direnci ile kar\u0131n b\u00f6lgesindeki a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011flanma paraleldir. Bu sorun bel ve boyun kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131na, yemeklerden sonra hipoglisemi ataklar\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar. Bel, boyun ve kar\u0131n ne kadar kal\u0131n ise pankreas o kadar fazla ins\u00fclin salg\u0131lar. Bel ve kar\u0131nda biriken ya\u011flar, kal\u00e7a ve basenlerde biriken ya\u011flardan daha tehlikelidir. Bu durum kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n en s\u0131k nedenidir. En uzun ya\u015fayan insanlar en az \u015feker t\u00fcketen ve ins\u00fclin seviyeleri en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan insanlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>Hangi sorunlara neden olur?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fccut kas kaybedip, ya\u011f depolar. \u0130ns\u00fclin seviyesi ne kadar y\u00fcksek ise ins\u00fclin direnci o kadar fazlad\u0131r. \u0130ns\u00fclin direnci ile birlikte v\u00fccut kas kaybedip, ya\u011flan\u0131r ve kilo vermek zorla\u015f\u0131r. Karaci\u011fer en fazla ya\u011flanan organlardan biridir. \u0130ns\u00fclin direnci karaci\u011feri ya\u011f deposu haline getirir. \u0130ns\u00fclin direnci hipoglisemi ataklar\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ki\u015fi s\u0131k s\u0131k ve fazla miktarda yeme ihtiyac\u0131 hisseder. Di\u011fer aile bireylerinde obezite, tip 2 diyabet, hipertansiyon ve kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 varsa ki\u015fide ins\u00fclin direnci riski fazlad\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde insanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu fazla \u015feker, fazla ni\u015fasta, karbonhidrat, fazla ya\u011f, fazla tuz, katk\u0131 maddeleri, tar\u0131m ilac\u0131, antibiyotik, hormon ve GDO y\u00fckl\u00fc g\u0131dalarla beslenmektedir. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu fakt\u00f6rler ins\u00fclin direncine neden olur. \u0130la\u00e7 olarak s\u0131k kullan\u0131lan statin ve beta blokerlar da bu sorunu tetikler. Ayr\u0131ca hareketsizlik, tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar, alkol, a\u011f\u0131r metaller, g\u0131da alerjileri, beslenme bozuklu\u011fu (antioksidan-lif-Omega-3, vitamin eksikli\u011fi, fazla hayvansal protein) gibi nedenler de ins\u00fclin direncine yol a\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n<p><b>Hormonal denge bozulur<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130ns\u00fclin direnci, v\u00fccudun t\u00fcm hormonal dengesini olumsuz etkiler, strese yol a\u00e7ar. Tiroit ve kortizol (stres hormonu) hormonlar\u0131 en fazla etkilenen hormonlard\u0131r.
