{"id":97801,"date":"2023-06-13T11:35:05","date_gmt":"2023-06-13T11:35:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=97801"},"modified":"2023-06-13T11:35:05","modified_gmt":"2023-06-13T11:35:05","slug":"gaziantep-kulturu-dunyaya-tanitalacak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/haberulus.net\/?p=97801","title":{"rendered":"Gaziantep k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00fcnyaya tan\u0131talacak"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir benzeri bulunmayan Alleben G\u00f6leti\u2019nin k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131ndaki Rayiha Baharat M\u00fczesi\u2019nde \u00fcretim ve sergi merkezi ziyaret\u00e7ileri kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ziyaret\u00e7iler m\u00fczede 150\u2019ye yak\u0131n baharata dokunup, koklayabiliyor ve baharatlar\u0131n olu\u015fum safhalar\u0131na ve tarihine dair bilgi ediniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bitki merakl\u0131lar\u0131 ve profesyoneller i\u00e7in AR-GE laboratuvar\u0131n\u0131n da bulundu\u011fu m\u00fczede, bitkilerin yeti\u015ftirildi\u011fi hobi bah\u00e7esi, bitkilerden olu\u015fan hediyelik \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin, pasta ve i\u00e7eceklerin sunuldu\u011fu Aktar Kafesi, \u015fehir d\u0131\u015f\u0131 veya yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelenler i\u00e7in misafirhane ve restoran da yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cBaharatlar\u0131n Gaziantep yemeklerine verdi\u011fi lezzet, bize bu m\u00fczenin ilham\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gaziantep B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi kurulu\u015fu olan GaziBel Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Fikret Murat Tural, m\u00fczeye ili\u015fkin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, m\u00fczenin bir hayalle yolculu\u011funa ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Tural, Gaziantep\u2019in \u0130pek Yolu ve Baharat Yolu \u00fczerinde olmas\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcze i\u00e7in ilham verdi\u011fini dile getirerek, \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFarkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerden, Uzak Do\u011fu\u2019dan, Hindistan\u2019dan gelen baharatlar\u0131n Gaziantep \u00fczerinden sat\u0131lmas\u0131, Osmanl\u0131\u2019ya, Balkanlar\u2019a ve Avrupa\u2019ya yay\u0131lmas\u0131 bu anlamda Gaziantep\u2019te baharat\u0131n da yerle\u015fmesine sebep oldu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kervanlarla gelen baharat buradaki halk taraf\u0131ndan da tan\u0131nmaya ve kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Bu durum y\u0131llar\u0131n birikimiyle yemeklere de yans\u0131d\u0131. Bizde de \u2018Neden bir baharat m\u00fczesi yapmayal\u0131m?\u2019 sorusunu olu\u015fturdu. Baharatlar\u0131n Gaziantep yemeklerine verdi\u011fi lezzet, bize de bu m\u00fczenin ilham\u0131n\u0131 verdi. Proje 2 y\u0131l \u00f6nce Gaziantep\u2019teki hocalar\u0131m\u0131zla beraber ba\u015flad\u0131.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fczenin kurulma a\u015famas\u0131nda, T\u00fcrkiye ve d\u00fcnyadan farkl\u0131 baharatlar\u0131 toplad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 aktaran Tural, \u201cAntep\u2019teki aktarc\u0131larla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc ve \u00fcniversitedeki akademisyenlerden hem baharatla ilgili bir kitab\u0131n yaz\u0131lmas\u0131 hem de Gaziantep yemeklerine baharat\u0131n etkisi ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. M\u00fczede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z da o s\u00fcre\u00e7ten beri t\u00fcm baharatlar\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131ran, farkl\u0131 kaynaklar\u0131 okuyan, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan da kitaplar getiren arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z. Onlarla ve Gaziantep \u00dcniversitesiyle beraber m\u00fczenin ilk temelini att\u0131k\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cBuras\u0131 bir g\u00fcnde bitecek bir m\u00fcze de\u011fil\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tural, m\u00fcze ziyaret\u00e7ilerinin baharatlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcp, tadabildiklerine dikkati \u00e7ekerek, \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBuraya gelenler sadece baharat\u0131 \u015feklen g\u00f6rebileceklerini zannediyor ama \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fta \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 oluyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc baharat\u0131n hem \u015feklini g\u00f6r\u00fcyor, kokusunu duyuyor hem baharata dokunabiliyor hem de baharat\u0131n tarih\u00e7esini, t\u00fcm mitolojik hikayeleri burada \u00f6\u011frenebiliyorlar.
